We are seeking a skilled Media Operations Manager to join our dynamic team and provide comprehensive support across various regional markets where our client operates. The successful candidate will navigate different time zones with ease and possess a deep understanding of finance processes across all markets. From cross-checking supplier invoices to tracking monthly spends, this role requires meticulous attention to detail and a proactive approach to ensure financial accuracy and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Expertise in Finance Processes: Possess in-depth knowledge of finance processes and regulations in all markets to facilitate smooth operations and ensure adherence to financial best practices
• Collaborate with Regional Markets: Interface with regional markets where the client is present to provide finance support, ensuring alignment with corporate financial objectives and compliance standards
• Manage Different Time zones: Adaptability is key as you work seamlessly across different time zones, coordinating finance activities and responding promptly to inquiries and requests

Specific Tasks:

• Cross-Check Invoices: Verify supplier invoices, agency invoices, and media plans before invoicing clients, ensuring accuracy and compliance with contractual agreements
• Monthly Invoice Tracking: Maintain a comprehensive monthly invoice tracker, collaborating closely with stakeholders, and ensuring timely and accurate reporting of financial transactions
• Global Spends Tracker: Fulfil requests for the global monthly spends tracker, compiling and organizing financial data to support strategic decision-making and budget allocation

The Senior Media Strategist will play a pivotal role in orchestrating the Publicis Groupe Power of One for pitches and business development, while also leading external-facing thought leadership initiatives. The ideal candidate will inspire and inform internal and external stakeholders with the latest innovations and trends, setting and implementing ambitious innovation strategies for our clients.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Orchestrate Publicis Groupe Power of One for pitches and business development, leveraging cross-disciplinary capabilities to drive client success.
• Support Strategy Director to lead external-facing thought leadership initiatives, positioning our agency as a leader in media innovation and strategy.
• Set and implement innovation strategies that raise the bar for client ambitions.
• Champion the Make-it Model and Playbook by ensuring consistent, quality planning output aligned with strategy and tactics.
• Inspire and rollout golden standards for disruptive, creative, and smart use of media experiences.
• Proactively provide data-driven insights that inform clients' business, marketing, and media strategies.
• Implement and rollout the growth OS tool and drive adoption of existing tools available to PM, including GWI, Quid, Scenario Planner, Experience Tool, and Meta Consumer Tool.
• Support the development of great case studies and award submissions to showcase agency expertise and achievements.
• Drive value for Publicis Media by implementing strategic innovations across clients, leveraging all available Publicis Groupe divisions and media owner partnerships.
• Collaborate closely with PMX teams to understand the commercial implications of media performance and drive value for Publicis Media across clients.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborates with key team members to generate new content or curate existing content for Client channels, including articles, photo galleries, videos, infographics, blogs, social media posts, animations, etc. (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Youtube) 

• Provides guidance and expertise on social media and communications best practices. Advises and counsels on innovative social content during communication planning. (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Youtube) 

• Regularly monitors and measures content performance. Work closely with analytic and insights team and makes recommendations to enhance content performance.  

• Share performance and competitor reports with client on Daily, Weekly and monthly bases. (Report mainly generated by Data team, Insight and recommendation added by content lead) 

• Overseeing content and community management performance and matched with client KPI. (Engagement Rate, Response time, Content Frequency)  

• Stays current on social/digital storytelling best practices and emerging trends. Shares knowledge with team and other key team members. 

• Organizes and facilitates integrated social content planning sessions.  

• Manages content review and approval process based on client's channel requirements. (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Youtube) 

• Coordinates all steps of the content development process from ideation to development and distribution. Direct manage social executive team overseeing publish content and community management on client social media channels. (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Youtube)
