• Responsible for assisting the Project Manager the overall performance of team in the project and prepare the project management and project quality plans and implement them accordingly.
• In charge of implementation and completion of construction projects within scheduled time, cost and quality.

• Professional accreditation to PM bodies such as PMI (PMP), Singapore Society of Project Managers will be beneficial.
• Strong sense of leadership, able to motivate and work with team members to deliver project deliverables.
• A proven track record of successful project implementation in construction industry.

• Develop and ensure design of electrical equipment, system and materials submission according to the technical specification particularly in the electrical engineering.

Based in our NSW Head Office, this role will develop a suite of approved guidelines relating to GYG construction standards to be utilized in all future designs and constructions. 

Duties include, but are not limited to:

• All real estate preconstruction consulting and approvals are completed
• Statutory submissions and site requirements are submitted promptly
