Job Summary

Purpose of job:

To assist in the implementation of programmes for our Family, Children and Youth.

Key Responsiblities

• Plan, coordinate and conduct programmes for our Family, Children and Youth.
• Assist in the coordination and management of our volunteers.
• Assist in our Assistance & Referral services to the families.
• Attend to clients’ needs (e.g. phone call enquiries, walk-ins, home visits if required).
• Create FCY newsletter and other marketing collaterals such as poster, flyers, etc.
• Provide data collection, data entry and administrations relating to FCY.
• Any other duties as assigned by Senior Executive/Programme Executive.

• A team player with good communication and interpersonal skills.
• A love for children with a cheerful personality to interact with them.
• Good facilitation skills in conducting programmes/sessions.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office programmes.
• Good administrative, organisational and computer skills.
