About the role: This role will be hired on a 2 year contract (renewable)

• To attend to all correspondence relating to common property on behalf of the Town Council
• To manage and maintain proper records and files of correspondence, documents, drawings and materials pertaining to all Town Council matters
• To manage the register of owners' and tenants' particulars
• To advise and arrange to take out insurance policies against fire, public liability, Work Injury compensation, all risks and other insurances as directed by the Town Council

• To monitor staff movement and report to the Chief Operations Manager for arrangement of alternative deployment
• To handle permit and waiver applications and appeals

About you:

• Min GCE O Level in any field with 1 year of administrative support experience
• Has an eye for detail and possess a dynamic, committed attitude with strong sense of initiative
