Based at our Redditch warehouse facility, you will be providing daily support to a customer focused workshop team in order to provide high quality product modification capability to our Clients Customers.



**Job Role **




* Manage the workflow and production schedule via SAP B1 production module.
* To prepare production order paperwork, check available stock, release production orders for picking and ensure production schedule is up to date and all dates are accurate to production schedule.
* Liaise with Commercial team concerning production schedule, conflicts, delays and stock-outs, and advise on new delivery schedule.
* Liaise with Warehouse team to ensure production output is synchronized with customers delivery schedules, and inbound items needed for production input are identified and scheduled.
* Monitor build times and managed BOM resource times to ensure an efficient and effective use of production time.
* Generate purchase order requests for approval against non-stock items.
* To support our 5S policy within and around the workshop/warehouse in order to ensure all work and rest areas are kept clean and tidy.
* Ensure stock accuracy, both in terms of location and quantity, by performing regular cycle count activities as directed by management.
* Attend regular toolbox meetings, contributing toward resolution of the customers issues, with the support of the service team.


* Oversee all Health & Safety responsibilities for our Client, ensuring the Health and Safety of all employees, contractors and visitors, reporting all incident, accidents and damage to management.
* Chair the H&S team, issuing minutes and coordinate activities and improvements mandated by changes in legislation, Our Clients UK policy and/or meeting decisions.
* Ensuring Our Clients UK personnel are kept informed of latest H&S requirements and ensuring your knowledge of H&S legislation is current and up to date.
* Create, review and record risk assessments as required.
* Co-ordinate and record training requirements related to H&S such as first aid and fire warden training.


* Co-ordinate and oversee equipment service contracts, perform scheduled equipment checks and ensure workshop maintenance schedule is kept up to date and any defects recorded and rectified promptly as required in line with Health and Safety policy.


* Oversee and maintain COSHH register and ensure all documentation is up to date.
* Co-ordinate and oversee the removal/disposal of all waste materials (WEEE/COSHH/etc.) from Our Client UK via our waste management partners.
* Be an active member of the Fire warden and First Aid Teams.
