Duties and Responsibilities:

• Manage the production coordination and assignment of technical officers for all events at SCCC
• Collaborate with the Venues & Partnership and Production teams to resolve stakeholders’ production/ technical matters proactively
• Manage production coordination related telephone and email requests
• Initiate and facilitate production meetings with stakeholders
• Ensure technical and production aspects of events are delivered with high standards
• Manage and maintain the production processes, documentation, and correspondences within the Event Business Management System (EBMS)
• Maintain close communications with internal departments to ensure efficient venue utilisation while providing excellent customer service
• Facilitate prompt event closing and final billings of stakeholders’ events
• Co-organise the weekly event operation meeting with Venues & Partnership
• Establish Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and workflow in production related areas
• Any additional duties as assigned by Management.

Requirements:

• A degree and/or diploma in Production Management, Technical Theatre, Arts Management, Event Management or equivalent, preferably with working knowledge in the following fields: Production Management, Technical Theatre, or MICE Events within an arts centre or MICE venue setup.
• At least 3-5 years of relevant experience;
• Strong interest and passion in Chinese arts and culture;
• Good working knowledge of the Event Business Management Software (EBMS)
• Experience with establishing Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and system workflow
• Good time and production management skills
• Able to work independently and be a good team player;
• Outgoing personality with a can-do spirit;
• Bilingual with proficiency in Mandarin would be advantageous.

About the Role

• Support the product development and implementation process of various insurance products initiatives
• Good quality and accuracy of deliverables in a timely manner

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Collect market information and conduct internal and external product analysis for deriving the right product solutions and product strategies to meet customer needs and competitive market environments
• Lead and implement product design and development cycle in line with the company strategies in various product development projects
• Develop various product literatures (e.g. contract, PGS template, memo), product launch pack and presentation materials for product launches
• Conduct and review the User Acceptance Test (UAT) for different systems, such as Proposal Generation System (PGS), to support product launches and various product and / or regulatory initiatives
• Oversee the quality and manage the timeline of materials delivered by team members or other departments
• Prepare the business reports as assigned by supervisor and ensure accurate output.
• Coordinate and work closely with various departments (e.g. Law, Compliance, Operations, IT, Actuarial and Marketing departments) for assigned tasks to support product launches and various product and / or regulatory initiatives with good quality and timely manner
• Participate in Product Implementation Taskforce and PGS regular meetings to support the implementation of the product launches, various product and / or regulatory initiatives with good quality and timely manner
• Assist in ad-hoc projects and other duties as required.

Minimum Job Requirements:

• University / College graduate with 4-5 years (Assistant Manager) / 1-3 years (Senior Analyst) of working experience in insurance products development role, actuarial science or related background is preferred
• Self-starter with good analytical ability
• Team player with positive attitude, good interpersonal and communication skills
• Creativity with innovative thinking and customer oriented
• Good communication and presentation skills
• Project management skill is preferred
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
