Position Summary
Maximize the revenue and profit by planning and executing the sales strategy and plan optimized for the selected channel account based on the regional business strategy.
2. Build a foundation for maximizing sales revenue and profit based on the trust and teamwork with the channel accounts.
Role and Responsibilities
SALES PLANNING
- Assist Branch Manager in developing product mix sales plan.
- Planning for effective utilization of the products available.
- Co-ordinate with the commercial and logistics department to arrange for timely delivery of material to the dealers.
- Planning day to day sales activities.
DEALER MANAGEMENT
- Building long term mutually beneficial relationship with the dealers to keep them motivated.
- Training dealer’s employees for proper display and educating them about product features.
- Arranging/ organizing service back up to the dealers.
- Give guidelines to the dealers regarding the promotional activities.
- Ensure that promotional material is properly displayed.
SALES SUPPORT
- Ensure proper and efficient after sales support to the dealer.
- Give feedback to the dealer regarding his sales support to the customer.
MIS
- Ensure timely preparation and dispatch of reports regarding market activities, Competitors Products/ Prices/ Promotion activities to the Branch Manager.
- Prepare dealer reports related to sales figure, collection, scheme achievement etc.
- Send reports regarding discount schemes, figures, distribution of gifts, etc. to the accounts department.
FIELD MANAGEMENT
- Managing distribution of goods, which are high demand but short in supply.
- Maintaining contacts with competitors’ dealers to extract information.

Skills and Qualifications
- B.A. or Diploma in Marketing and Sales Management.
- Experience of 4 -6 years, preferably in the Consumer Electronics Industry. At least 2 to 3 years of sales experience. Candidates from FMCG and Retails industry are encouraged to apply.
- Good Communication and negotiation skills.
- Good interpersonal skill
- Candidate must possess at least a Primary/Secondary School/SPM/"O" Level, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, any field.
- Able to speak major Chinese dialects will be an added advantage
