▪ Monitor critical inline measurement and electrical test parameters SPC trend and Cpk to ensure production wafers meet the require quality.

▪ Opportunities to file patents, author technical papers for publication and present at local or overseas seminars.
What You Will Need
▪ Masters/Degree in Microelectronics/Electrical/Electronics/Chemical Engineering or Science in Physics/Material Science or related field.
