工作職責:
i) 繼任計畫與人才管理
- 協助部門主管確定繼任者和高潛力員工,並實施策略以培養和留住組織中的關鍵人才。
- 管理和執行繼任計畫和人才發展計畫/措施。
- 分析數據以衡量人才管理措施的影響,並提出數據驅動的持續改進建議。
- 管理和追蹤繼任計畫和人才管理計畫/措施;收集和分析數據以衡量影響並提出數據驅動的建議以持續改進。
ii) 組織發展
- 協助 HOD 設計、規劃和執行與組織策略目標一致的組織發展計畫和措施。
- 文件和文書工作;包括但不限於培訓材料、組織政策和程序以及專案文件。
- 基於對公司相關政策、最佳行業實踐和適用法律法規的全面了解,實施 OD 的政策和程序。
- 進行工作評估,以確定與公司薪資結構管理中的其他工作相關的工作的價值/價值。
- 管理和維護員工的工作描述,以確保工作要求得到準確記錄和設計,並最終確保正確。
iii) 績效管理- 協助員工的整體績效管理,確保個人關鍵績效指標的有效和完整的發展符合公司的策略目標。 - 促進能力與績效管理流程(例如績效評估和發展計畫)的整合。
iv) 學習與發展- 進行徹底的訓練需求分析,以確定組織內知識和技能的差距。 - 制定並實施符合公司策略目標的學習與發展計畫。 - 評估員工的熟練程度並提供發展計劃以支持員工的發展和成長。 - 追蹤個人績效提升計畫以提高員工績效。 - 為員工提供進一步教育和技能發展的教育協助。 - 利用數據分析監控和評估L&D有效性,為員工的職業發展提供數據驅動的建議。
v) 文化和敬業度- 規劃、管理和執行文化和內部敬業度計劃,以保留和改善員工的體驗和對公司的情感依戀、他們的工作職責、在公司內的職位、同事以及公司文化,從而成為一個HPO。 - 為所有員工製定並執行內部溝通。
