• Track all change requests from customers and manage project requirements, specifications, and change requests.
• Work closely with the development team to review specifications, conduct Q&A sessions, provide consultancy on solutions, and resolve issues.
• Perform other tasks as assigned.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or equivalent.
• At least 3 years of related experience.
• Deep knowledge of software development processes and experience in Banking products and projects with critical functional knowledge.
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Visio, Miro, prototyping, wireframe, and use case tools.
• Strong business analytical skills and logical thinking, with the ability to grasp complex software systems quickly.
• Excellent communication skills to convey complex ideas clearly and effectively.
• Experience in creating clear, concise documentation.
• Advanced English communication skills, both spoken and written.
• Strong communication, presentation, and management skills.
• Enthusiastic, responsible, eager to learn, and capable of working under pressure.
• Able to travel.

Preferred:

• Singaporean or Permanent Resident.
• Practitioner of BABOK.
• Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP®) is a major advantage.
• Good knowledge of UML.
• Experience working/living in cross-culture, international environments.
• Experience in international projects is a plus.

Senior Business Analyst, to join our MIS/Business Objects team. This role covers key business & finance reporting and data analysis. Working with the IS Manger you will be in charge of leading day to day business reporting with a focus on supporting our Finance team with their analytical and reporting needs. This will involve working with team members to define and deliver quality reporting and analysis for their business areas to support and influence business decisions.

This role will suit someone who has had previous experience working with Business Intelligence applications and excellent knowledge of business processes, reporting and analysis.

• Collaboration with colleagues to extrapolate and analyse data.
• Proactively work with stakeholders to improve business reporting processes and to maximise system and data utilization in the business.
• Work with 3rd parties and internal teams to build on automated reporting
• Work with suppliers and other stakeholders to achieve effective solutions.
• Work to reliably and efficiently produce timely and accurate management information.
• Work to deliver system improvements and projects to support the company\\'s growth plans.
• Work promptly, jointly & proactively on projects to improve cash profit & customer satisfaction.

• Previous experience of working in an IT, Finance or Analyst role
• Experience in analytics, performing data exploration and designing, specifying and developing business reporting.
• Good knowledge of Business Intelligence applications (such as SAP Business Objects/Azure/Tableau/Microsoft BI/Power BI).
• Solid grasp of SQL would be helpful.
• Good understanding of data modelling and databases.
