What is your mission?

You’ll help us deliver excellent service to our partner brands by performing these tasks:

• Contacting new and existing clients (Agencies or Advertisers) via telephone, chat and email on a daily basis, identifying sales opportunities and providing these businesses with the best solution for their business goal.
• Improve client’s experience by driving optimal and appropriate product adoption. Manage a portfolio (book of clients) of SMB clients with responsibility for growing revenue.
• When within scope and area of knowledge, provide pre and post-sales assistance for all applicable products.
• Become an expert on client’s Advertising solutions and ability to identify trends and solve problems.
• Providing vital product insights, feedback and revenue trends, from their own experience using the products and sharing the feedback from the Advertisers.
• Champion and produce success stories for advertisers who have had success in growing their business by using the products. Use a variety of tools to be able to properly communicate and drive Advertiser’s business to success.
• Perform other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned to you by the management within your category of employment in the organization and for the effective implementation, maintenance and continual improvement of the Quality Management System of TDCX.

Who are we looking for?

• Candidate must possess at least an Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree in any field.
• Preferably with 2 years of working experience in the related field is ideal for this position.
• Strong time management skills and motivation to exceed expectations.
• Business development, sales account management or consultative selling experience is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills: verbal, written, listening skills.

As an established Account Specialist, you know how to navigate through nonprofit organizations and learn how they are ran. As a Cloud Account Executive within the Platform team, your focus will be on the custom enterprise business application development and enhanced Security Products and Application Lifecycle Management products. You will formulate and execute a Platform sales strategy within your specific market segment, drive revenue growth by driving demand in the current customer base, and develop new customers. As a trusted adviser and coach, you are the person with the expertise in Business and Technology Architecture that can match customer needs to the capabilities of the Salesforce Platform including: SHIELD, Sandboxes, Heroku, & Integration products. You will articulate the business value of the solutions through executive-level time-to-value, ROI and TCO presentations.

Job Summary

The Account Management Specialist will be based in Singapore and accountable for end-to-end order fulfilment and customer service support. He/she will be responsible for new item/customer creation, fulfilling orders and managing client accounts within Southeast Asia.

Responsibilities

• Initiate and follow up new item creation/customer creation in system.
• Process sales and manage orders for SEA countries and ROA using Oracle system.
• Provides commercial team timely and accurate information about shipment forecast.
• Liaise with warehouse/factories and forwarders to arrange local and export shipment.
• Issues invoices and necessary shipping documents for shipments
• Review LC draft, prepare and collate documents from various factories for LC presentation.
• Coordinate with related parties on non-warranty claims.
• Communicate and provide timely responses between customer, sales, operation, and factory etc.
• Liaise with supply planning team to ensure product availability in warehouse for order fulfilment.
• Perform other ad-hoc duties as and when assigned.
