Purpose:
- To build our growing recruitment and manpower outsourcing business by generating new client relationships and increasing our market penetration thereby ensuring sustainable revenue growth and market share.
Accountabilities:
- Developing and implementing new sales strategies together with the top level leadership team to accelerate our growth within Singapore and the region.
- Conduct direct competitor and market research / analysis to create sound business plans for expansion opportunities.
Job Responsibilities:
- Implementing and executing sales strategies to drive revenue growth through new clients and business opportunities.
- Following up on leads and converting opportunities into profitable deals for the business.
- Preparing business proposals, conducting sales presentations, and taking part in the price negotiation process.
- Performing risk assessment when working with new clients.
- Reviewing existing contracts, making commercial terms recommendations till contract renewal process completion.
- Performing competitor analysis and interpreting market trends.
Skills and Competencies:
- At least 3 years of business development experience ideally within the recruitment industry / HR services industry or private sector space.
- Prior business development or sales experience selling human resource and/or recruitment solutions to clients is a plus.
- Experience in handling tenders is a plus.
- Solid communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-driven individual, motivated and possesses a can-do attitude.
