Overview
We are looking for a knowledgeable and motivated LCMS (Liquid Chromatography Mass Spectrometry) Product Specialist to join our team. The chosen candidate will be responsible for providing technical and scientific expertise related to our LCMS products [including Single Quadrupole, Triple Quadrupole & QTOF] in ASEAN & South Asia [including India] region. You will also be responsible for troubleshooting technical issues and collaborating with different departments to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction.
Job Description
- Provide expert technical and scientific support to customers and sales representatives regarding LCMS products to increase the market share of LCMS products in the region.
- To support the local sales team and distributors in ASEAN & South Asia [including India] region for all LCMS [including Single Quadrupole, Triple Quadrupole & QTOF] related sales and product lines.
- To conduct regular sales training & educate the sales staff with adequate knowledge about products, markets, and applications.
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify potential business opportunities and to develop effective strategies for product promotion.
- Troubleshoot technical issues relating to LCMS products and provide timely solutions.
- Keep up to date with the latest scientific research and advancements in LCMS technology.
- Work closely with the product development team in Japan HQ to provide insights in product improvements and new product development.
- Keep Improving professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing professional publications, establishing personal networks, and participating in professional societies.
Qualifications
- Master’s Degree or bachelor’s degree in Analytical Chemistry, Biochemistry, or any life sciences
- Proven hands-on experience, minimum 5 years in LCMS Triple Quadrupole/QTOF/Single Quadrupole technologies is required.
- Experience in marketing/ product management will be an advantage.
- Experience in MALDI-TOF, GCMS/MS will be an advantage.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities to work closely with various internal and external stakeholders
- Must be willing to travel in ASEAN and South Asia region.
