**Job Title: Account Assistant**
**Responsibilities:**
- Execute full accounting functions in Accounts Receivable (AR) and various reconciliations.
- Ensure timely, quality, and deadline adherence in all accounting tasks.
- Handle general accounting functions and administrative duties.
- Manage data entry and maintain accurate accounting records.
- File and organize accounts documents for efficient record-keeping.
- Prepare ad-hoc reports as assigned by superiors.
- Collaborate with customers to resolve disputes and outstanding invoices.
- Verify staff claims for compliance with company policies.
- Monitor delivery schedules, including contingency planning.
- Follow up on long-overdue debts, ensuring proper communication with the business team for vital recovery actions.
**Requirements:**
- Possess a can-do attitude, self-motivation, attention to detail, and excellent self learning skills.
- Hold a degree in Accounting or LCCI Diploma.
- Demonstrate good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Capable of working independently.
- Proficient in MS Excel and computer literate.
