Main Duties and Responsibilities:
· To plan and provide specialist support to pupils with identified disabilities, SEN, sensory impairments and complex needs to access a broad and balanced curriculum of education by modifying and adapting learning activities as appropriate· Supports the special education and personal social wellbeing of pupils by adapting and differentiating activities to enable them to access the curriculum under the direction and guidance of teachers or advisory staff· To assess, record and report on development, progress and attainment using detailed specialist knowledge· To support parents and enable them to understand their children’s complex needs and give sound advice in regards of their child’s education· To provide appropriate supervision to individuals or groups in a variety of settings; including school, Pupils home environment or unit monitoring their conduct and behaviourWe are looking for someone who has:
· NVQ level 2 or equivalent qualification e.g. Teaching Assistant awards, English GCSE (A*-C), Level 2 Basic Skills Literacy, CACHE Level 2 Certificate in Child Care and Education

The Main Purpose of the Role: As our Assistant Psychologist, you will work under the supervision of the Clinical Psychologist in providing psychological support our young people with SEMH needs and ASD needs. Teaching Assistant
Start date: ASAP
We are seeking to recruit a Teaching Assistant to work up to 20 hours per week, term-time only (Grade 4), to also include 2 lunchtime duties. This is a permanent position.We wish to appoint an experienced Teaching Assistant who is skilled in both class support and individual Special Needs provision. The person appointed will support pupils from, mainly, KS2 but occasionally across the school too and alongside the class teachers.
