Job Description:
- Responsible for overall project management including planning, coordination, implementation, execution and successful completion of project.
- Lead site engineers in planning, scheduling, construction oversight and coordinating the civil and structural works.
- Ensures all construction works are caarried out in right seequence and well- coordinated.
- Provide guidance and direction to constrcution workers, subcontractors and other team members.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulation and policies.
- Inspect construction sites regularly to ensure that work is being carried out in accordance with plans and specifications.
- Prepare site daily report and monthly progress report.
- Any other duties assigned by the management.
Job Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least an Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, and Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, in Construction, Engineering or equivalent.
- At least 5 year(s) of working experience in related field
- Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English. Proficient in mandarin will be an additional advantage.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office in Excel & Words
- Possess good analytical skills, meticulous, highly organized, proactive, committed and strong negotiation skills.
- Able to work under pressure and meet deadline.
