Minimum 5 years working experience in managerial level, preferably in garment industry and in multinational company.
Fluent in English (both oral and written)
Excellent understanding of corporate law and regulatory law
Excellent communication skill
A PERADI license will be a plus
Responsible for Company's Legal Identities, and any other company's legal identity documentation, maintain & update a variety of legal files and records
Provide legal assistance with regards to Contract Management, from drafting, negotiating to performance
Provide corporate legal advise
"Support management level in negotiation, execution and closing of all project documents"
