Job Purpose and Key Accountabilities:

• In charge of outlet’s daily opening and closing

12 Months Training (6 days week):

1. Perform COVID-19 confirmed case disinfection cleaning

2. Perform house cleaning

3. Perform office cleaning

4. Perform carpet cleaning

5. Deliver carpets (around 10-40kg)

5. Perform other adhoc cleaning duties

6. Training on cleaning machines and cleaning chemicals

7. Service maintenance of cleaning equipment

8. Cleaning maintenance of company service vehicle.

9. Weekly stocktake,update stock balances and replenish stock.

10. Follow company SOP

*note on heavy load, carpets can be between 10kg - 40kg during delivery, machines can be 20-30kg and needs to be carried up staircase in certain areas.

What you will be working on?

• Part of art event Secretariat Team
• Provide administrative support and assist in coordinating, compiling and producing data and management reports
• Collation and monitoring of event application forms submitted by stakeholders
• Coordinate with District Coordinators to assess suitability of programmes and provide further advice and recommendations when require
• Coordinate with Marcomm Team for media release pitching
• Liaise and coordinate with vendors on purchases/services required, stakeholders and partners both internal and external [Artists/Art Groups, Schools, Corporates etc]
• Review and propose the theme and concept for upcoming event in 2024
• Assist in monitoring the social media aspects (Facebook page / Instagram) and to address enquiries / feedback on social media platforms

What are we looking for?

• Singaporean only
• Minimum Diploma or Degree in Event Management/ Art Management or relevant discipline.
• Prior experience in event management and coordination would be advantegeous.
