Main Duties & Responsibilities:

1. Verifying of Invoices

a. Verify billing date, service code, department and cost center of invoice

i. Verify the invoices against EDR (Charge Forms) – only accessible by CE and Clinicians.

ii. Verify the invoices against OAS (Billing Inquiry) – Accessible by all staff.

2. Confirming Receipt of Record Boxes (Yellow boxes)

a. Receive party indicates name, signature and date.

b. Specify in EDR/OAS under “Nursing Notes” the movement of boxes

3. Sending of Invoices to Finance

a. Indicate on invoice codes: “Lab 2” for Orthodontics cases or “Lab 3” for Restorative Dentistry cases.

4. Bill Adjustments

a. Raise Refund & Adjustment Form when there is a discrepancy

b. Indicate patient’s details, service code and invoice number on form

c. Submit form for approval, followed by the Operations department

Responsibities:

- Track project progress claim

- Check and update payment status

- Maintain and organize office files, records, and documents

- Set up a neat and efficient filing system in cloud and on your computer.

- Manage sales enquiries and processing of orders inc. preparing quotations, 
invoices and packing lists.

- Manage day-to-day administrative tasks which include handling incoming calls, emails and correspondence.

- Any other duties assigned by your superior

Requirements:

- Diploma in Business Administration or equivalent

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

- Proficient in both Mandarin and English.

- Ability to multitask and work well under pressure

- Processes at least 1-2 years of Admin/ HR experience

Job Descriptions:

1. Drive Director, family members and others as required, including chauffeuring children schooling.

2. Run errands when required.

3. Coordinate for overseas visitors, partners, and associates while in Singapore.

4. Assist Director and family in daily tasks, activities, and events, when required.

5. Maintain and ensure the vehicles are always in good condition and clean.

6. Drive with care, comply with traffic rules, and safety at all times.

7. Carry out routine inspections of the vehicles regularly to ensure good working condition.

8. Maintain high level of confidentiality at all times.

9. Perform and complete other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

1. Minimum 5 years of experience in driver role.

2. Possess a valid driving license with excellent and safe driving records.

3. Familiar with Singapore routes.

4. Experience in driving 7 seaters car is preferred.

5. Communication and translation between English and Mandarin with different parties.

6. Good attendance, punctual and reliable.

7. Good time management and committed to works.

8. Six (6) working days per week. Due to nature of works, flexibility in working hours arrangement is required.
