Facilities Project Management Information System Analyst
Key Role:
Lead the development of client facilities and infrastructure project management information systems throughout the design and construction life cycle via creative approaches which achieve preferred functional end-states. Lead analyses and solution development for key facility planning and management engagement modules, including assuring system developers under requirements. Perform more complex activities as related to the control and management of cost, schedule, risk, and resource optimization. Develop innovative solutions based on advanced principles within the facilities industry. Apply advanced consulting skills, extensive technical expertise, and knowledge of the U.S. Government, including military Services, U.S. Air Force, and Army Corps of Engineers. Lead the team in developing innovative solutions to complex problems. Work without considerable direction and supervise team members.
Basic Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience providing dedicated support to the USAF
- 2+ years of experience with industry tools for facilities and infrastructure design and construction project management tools
- Experience working with software development teams, software applications, or data management systems
- Knowledge of U.S. military facility and infrastructure design, and construction processes and procedures
- Ability to use software products, including Microsoft Office such as Excel and Outlook, Power Query, and information systems
- Ability to develop a long-term strategic communication plan
- Ability to work with external stakeholder groups and present to senior ranking officials confidently
- Ability to support V&V efforts for software development teams
- Secret clearance
- Bachelor's degree
Additional Qualifications:
- Experience with USAF PM tools, including ACES or NexGen
- Experience with TFS, Jira, or Confluence
- Experience coordinating with Public Affairs offices to draft responses to media queries
- Experience presenting to official audiences and representing clients at various events, including meetings, conferences, and seminars
- Ability to comprehend, summarize, communicate, and document technical requirements and issues succinctly
- Ability to work quickly, efficiently, and accurately in a dynamic and fluid environment
- Ability to work independently while consulting with senior personnel on difficult matters
- Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills, including editing
- Top Secret clearance
- Master’s degree

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $65,300.00 to $149,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
