Job Responsibilities:

- Create at least 1 video a month, on top of the marketing roles of arranging customer loyalty programmes, creating static social media content.

- Formulate and implement the marketing plan across digital, offline and social platforms to drive awareness and leads generation.

- Effectively project manage assigned marketing campaigns in their entirety - from planning through to tracking and reporting on return on investment.

- Research on market trends, market opportunity, and competitor and target customer analysis to inform future value propositions.

- Strategize and create content across various social media channels to increase brand awareness (incl. creating creative & copy), editing photography, gifs, short video editing, stickers, stories (live + designed/posted), filming of short videos.

- Design promotional materials.

- Day to Day management of all social accounts including engaging consumers, responding to questions or complaints, and promoting company initiatives through socials or digital communication channels.

Requirements:

- Degree or Diploma in Marketing, Communication or related fields.

- At least 2 years of experience in marketing communications role.

- Will need to submit portfolio along with resume (to present during interview).

- Articulate with good communication and presentation skills.

- Possess good command of English for copywriting.

- Must possess knowledge in social media advertising.

- Strong understanding and passion in the social media platforms.

- Self-motivated, fast-learner, high initiative and able to work independently.

Job responsibilities:

· Be the main point of contact to the client day-to-day.

· Ensure the smooth running of social media campaigns– from communicating to all members of the team including creatives, to facing clients and reporting to the account director.

· Manage social media accounts across Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, Telegram and TikTok.

· Build a relationship with the clients based on a foundation of trust and respect.

· Work closely with the creative team to influence the development of the highest quality of creative work by sharing knowledge of the client/business/brand and demonstrating strong creative judgment and basic strategic recommendations.

· Work with content creators (influencers, content portals) to create sponsored content.
