The Account Manager plays a crucial role as a bridge between the agency and its clients. This position involves managing client relationships, understanding the client's needs, and ensuring the successful execution of communication campaigns. • Creative Briefing: Client involvement in the creative process, supports the creative team with style guides, collaborates & organizes brainstorming sessions with creative team, maintains a feedback loop with the creative team, and updates brief templates for streamlined efficiency. 
• Market Research & Industry Knowledge: Keeping informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitors, conducting research and analysis to offer clients strategic insights and recommendations.

Responsibilities:

• Own the set-up process, campaign management, and reporting for reservation and auction managed service campaigns for the Middle East region.
• Monitor managed service campaign delivery to ensure campaigns reach the target audience and run smoothly.

RESPONSIBILITIES

This role within commissioning is responsible for working across and delivering digital short form video content for fast growing platforms like YouTube and TikTok.

The role will ensure that priorities and editorial strategy are aligned, also inspire and engage independent producers / content creators by articulating your editorial priorities, and work with them to create and develop ideas that meet our audiences' needs. And also, to provide creative leadership to the development process, encouraging risk taking and innovation whilst maintaining expertise to identify trends and opportunities for outstanding content.

Commissions have to demonstrate value for money, quality and originality.

This role is especially important to delivering our Youth strategy and extending Mediacorp's audience reach beyond our owned and operated platforms.

Responsibilities

• Create content that resonates with an existing fan base, yet is differentiated and engaging enough to draw in new, underserved or overlooked audience.
• Importantly, we're trying to build a returning audience / fanbase for the channel(s) / handle(s) that the content is meant for.
• Develop content direction & strategy for digital short form video content on platforms such as YouTube & TikTok.
• To be pro-active in developing briefs / proposals with production teams and to deliver the overall editorial strategy
• Commission and manage end to end production of video projects, ensuring programmes are delivered on time and budget.
• To be responsible for ensuring that programmes deliver on time and budget and to an editorially high standard. This includes scheduling and monitoring progress on programmes, anticipating problems and taking appropriate action.
• Review budgets, cast, offlines, scripts (where applicable only), marketing campaigns (where applicable only)
• Brainstorm with the Marketing and Social media teams to ensure maximum publicity for your shows.
• Collaborate with Commercial to ensure revenue optimization
• Monitor and assess qualitative and quantitative performance of programmes using data analytics and focus group studies
• Engage and manage positive, creative relationships with content creators and production teams, at a level that nurtures and develops the best ideas

QUALIFICATIONS

• Minimum 3 5 years of working experience in production / content strategy in video content.
• Degree in Mass Communication or any related discipline is a plus
• A hybrid who's equally adept at developing content ideas & overseeing videos come to fruition/
• Ability to initiate, lead and manage cross-platform projects; you enjoy project management work/
• Strong communicator who can articulate with the ability to present ideas and direction to content providers.
• A content junkie and able to generate ideas and identify fresh areas and themes for exploration in all genres to our products and platforms.
• Have a deep passion for entertainment content and able to initiate and develop ideas for cross-platform projects/
• A team player with positive work attitude and the ability to work independently.
• A go-getter who thrives in a dynamic environment with tight timelines
• Meticulous with a keen eye for details.

The Quantitative Strategist (Quant Strat) combine expertise in quantitative analytics, modelling, pricing and risk management with deep understanding of system architecture and programming. Their primary output is a scalable and flexible Front Office pricing and risk management system. The technology platform underlies the trading functions of the Bank as well as management processes around the rational allocation of constrained resources, management of funding costs and capital efficiency programs.

Your key responsibilities:

• Responsible for the development of risk management analytics and tools for the Lending businesses with Deutsche Bank
• Responsible for development of infrastructure to manage the relationship between the Lending businesses and Deutsche Bank Treasury, including improvement and automation of risk and funding processes
• Responsible for development of valuation techniques appropriate to hold-for-maturity accrual businesses
• Build-out and piloting of strategic analytics platform in partnership with Global Technology
• A general desk start role supporting originating businesses and ensuring smooth operation of desk systems

Your skills and experience:

• Minimum of 4 years' working experience in financial services as a quantitative analyst / developer / strat focusing on financial markets or banking book products.
• Proven experience in computing and programming skills in Python and/or C++.
• Proven experience and knowledge in quantitative analytics, modelling and pricing.
• Ability and aspiration to use, learn and extend large codebase dealing with complex business problems.
• Ability to meet the challenges presented by a fast paced, constantly changing work environment.
• Relevant education in engineering, physics, math, computer science or finance
