Duties and Responsibilities :

• Supervise, manage and assist the Senior Vice President, Projects on the project
  progression and ensure work progress of the ongoing project in accordance to works programme, contract, specification and approved budget
  
  
• Coordinate and work with project consultants and appointed contractors/ vendors from project inception to completion as well as project delivery
  
  
• Participate in the review of planning and designing stage with the internal review
  team and project consultants
  
  
• Participate and support project feasibility and viability study, tendering and award of projects
  
  
• Ensure SPA drawing & specification consistent with Building Plan approval, Contract Drawings & Construction Drawings.
  
  
• Ensure Tender Drawings tally with BP Approval, SPA & Specification during tender documentation and construction stage
  
  
• Assist to coordinate inter-departments and consultants for timely inputs with
  sufficient pertinent details for tender documentation and construction as well as project delivery
  
  
• Assist to monitor the construction drawing programme for timely issuance for
  construction
  
  
• Assist to coordinate with consultants and contractors / suppliers/ vendors
  Coordinate and liaise with authorities for all submission and approval within
  timeframe for land related matter, planning approval, building plan and CCC
  
  
• Coordinate updates and prepare project claim documentation and handle project archives for systematic and smooth retrieval of project archive information
  
  
• To attend to any other duties that may be assigned from time to time by the
  management under the project portfolio.
  
  Requirements :
  
  
• A matured professional with a minimum of 3-5 years in construction,
  consultancy and/or property development industry.
  
  
• Possess Bachelor Degree in Building/ Civil Engineering. Preferably candidate
  with higher education qualification i.e. Master or Member of Professional Body
  (IEM/ PAM etc.)
  
  
• Experience in Consultancy Firm with site experience will be an added advantage.
  
  
• Ability to work independently with minimum supervision.
  
  
• Ability to handle stress and manage projects according to deadlines.
  
  
• Fresh graduate or 1-2 years working experience in similar industry are welcome

Responsibilities

▪Handle full set of accounts including accounts payable, accounts receivable and
general ledger of the property division
▪Presentation of timely, accurate monthly accounts and analyses for management
review

Working Hours:

The working schedule for this role is Monday to Friday, with the exception of Singapore public holidays. The operational hours are from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm.

Note: The working hours is subject to change based on business needs

1. Supervise, monitor day to day health and status of vehicles, parking spots and application.
2. Manage incidents relating to security of vehicles by escalating and coordinating manpower to ensure prevention, detection, containment and correction of security incidents via Slack (important alerts includes Vehicle left in collected mode or IOT disconnected alerts)
3. Coordinate collection, deployment and relocation of vehicles when necessary (eg. ad hoc guides on where to shift focus rebalance to, where to collect/deploy vehicles.)
4. Work with customer service team with issues and inquiries via email and zendesk
5. Gather feedback from marshalls and submit suggestions through Asana /bugs through JIRA

BAU Function

1. First point of contact to all marshall questions/issues by monitoring slack channels and DMs - Marshal still contact Aussie lead
2. To be able to properly assign marshall on shift to attend to alerts/issues we face and to write up end of day/weekly reports. - assign to alerts, but need to follow up on missing shift reports
3. Ensuring compliance of marshall (sending in start of shift plans, end shift reports, checking in and out of Homebase)
4. Respond to CS tickets(Email/Zendesk) based on each city’s customised template, working with the CS team with issues and inquiries.
5. Ad hoc tasks (eg. council required end trip photo audit)
