Responsibilities:
Assistance in general office administration and day-to-day operational tasks in Admin Department as follows:
- General data entry and clerical works
- Documentation/filing/general paperwork
- Stock checks
- Company utilities/billings management
- Payment requests management
- Fleet Management (checking company vehicle summons, etc)
- Backup at Reception for greeting walk-in customers
- Backup the team should any of the team members is out of office
- Emailing, follow up and liaising vendors/suppliers/internal staff when required.
- Perform any other ad-hoc duties when needed by Admin Department.
- Able to contribute/propose new ideas/market trends/initiatives/ automation/streamline processes related to the Department is an added advantage.
- Entrusted to manage own logbooks and attendance accordingly
- Reports direct to Admin Manager.
