* Prepare daily bank balance reconciliation.
* Assisting in office financial record-keeping, documentation and filling system.

* Assisting in maintaining employee records and databases.

* Monitor and update for all types of insurance policies renewal, employee’s status change, insurance claims submission, all agreements and licenses records to ensure in time renewal etc.
* Keep track and monitor and update the related schedules for status-change.
Assist in Monitoring, updating, filing of  Directors claim and expenses.

Requirements:

• Minimum Qualification : STPM and above.
• At least 2 years in Accounting work.

Job Description: 

• To perform and monitoring of preventive maintenance data.
• Maintain and organise engineering document, preventive maintenance checklist, machine manual and project plans. 
• Create and distribute reports, memos and other relevant documentation to team members.
