As an Inventory Coordinator you will need to:-

- Receive, inspect and record incoming inventory shipments

- Maintain accurate inventory records, including the quantity and movement of items for projects

- Management of faulty items

- Provide regular reports and updates on inventory levels, location, movement, and trends

- Co-conduct regular inventory count and investigate and resolve discrepancies and issues

- Assist and coordinate in Monthly stock take

- Submit monthly inventory report

- Assist in arranging deliveries to outlets

- Process class 3 license

Responsibilities:

·Handling daily purchasing and warehousing operation to ensure that customer delivery schedules are met so as to provide customer satisfaction;

· Assist for all purchases to meet the pricing (source and negotiate prices with supplier and delivery requirement;

·Prepare PO & DO and monitor delivery dates

·Update the status of all order in the shared folder, must be up to date at any time

·Assist to support logistics team for 3rd party out sourcing activities

·Assist to Ensure all documents are in proper order and submit promptly for accounting and audit purposes

·Any Other tasks to assigned by superior

• Plan and schedule confirmed job into daily schedule worksheet.
• Plan and detail manpower for the completion of the scheduled job
• Ensure that required Tools/equipment/vehicle are sourced and detail accordingly.
• Ensure that scheduled personnel are deployed to the respective site on the day of operations.
• Ensure that Delivery Orders are issued for the operations accordingly.
• Ensure that all Delivery orders are returned with acknowledgement and filed and submitted to the respective departments accordingly.
• Oversee that all sourcing and warehouse activities are accomplished by the respective personnel in charge.
• Ensure that all required documentation is filed, recorded and submitted. (ISO, DO, schedule, etc)
• Ensure that new staff (mover) are orientated to the work force and environment.
• To perform receiving, storage and packaging functions
• Check and pick stocks for delivery.
• Assist with loading, unloading and storing of goods
• Any other duties assigned by superior.

MAIN QUALIFICATION / EXPERIENCE / SKILL AND ABILITY

• O Levels/ ITE/ Diploma
• Proficient in MS Office
• At least 1 year working experience in store or warehousing duties
• Responsible, positive work attitude and able to work along well with others

Responsibilities

- Ensure daily orders are fulfilled on time

- Liaise with logistics partners to ensure timely delivery of products to customers

- Assist in the regular stock count of inventory and reporting low stock levels to the sales team

- Perform physical activities such as loading, unloading, and sorting of goods at storage/distribution centres/warehouse locations

- General Housekeeping of Office-Warehouse

- Other ad-hoc duties as and when assigned.

Requirements

- Experience with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Powerpoint)

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

- Able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment with minimum supervision

- Possessing a valid Class 3 driving licence is a bonus

Job Details

- 5.5 day work week including 1 weekend

- 9.30 am to 6.30 pm
