We have an opportunity for an enthusiastic and motivated individual, with experience of working in a financial services environment. We have 4 roles available.
You will ensure that invoices under query and on hold within the system are reviewed and where necessary action taken to release for payment following consultation with budget holders, suppliers, the procurement team or other officers.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a finance team within a large, specialist and complex organisation with great opportunities for learning and development.

Ensure that all invoices under query and on hold within the system are reviewed and where necessary action taken to release for payment following consultation with budget holders, suppliers, the procurement team or other officers. The team will be the main focal point for dealing with suppliers statement and phone calls.
The team will also be responsible for checking and releasing agency payments and the quarterly agreement of NHS balances
The role will ensure that all work performed by the Customer Services Team is carried out in an efficient and effective manner, and that work practices conform with appropriate statutory regulations, standing financial instructions, and other laid down internal procedures.
