Job Function

Coordinates between customers and internal department; process orders, prepare correspondences and fulfil customer needs to ensure customer satisfaction.

Job Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent customer service and manage needs of customers through phone and emails.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth delivery arrangements until customers’ doorsteps.
• Report to Customer Service HOS and (or) Sales Manager.
• Perform office-based administrative duties whenever required by supervisor.
• Be initiatives on resolving issues and concerns of customers, including operational issues, documentations issues, pricing/invoices queries etc.
• Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution.
• To participate NMM company activities (5s, Safety, Environment & Energy, Budget Plan, ISO Documentation, etc) as assigned.

Job Requirements

• Possess Diploma or Degree qualifications or equivalent.
• 2 to 3 years related working experience in manufacturing industry is preferred.

Competency Requirements

• Customer Service skills: attentiveness, empathy, patience and consistency, persuasion, professional telephone manners and communication skills, business writing skills.
• Basic knowledge on Microsoft Office software.
  SAP (added advantage).
• Good attitude, enthusiastic, responsible, trustworthy, ethical and goal focused.

• 客戶服務技能：專注、同理心、耐心和一致性、說服力、專業的電話禮儀和溝通技巧、商務寫作技巧。
• Microsoft Office 軟體的基本知識。
  SAP（附加優勢）。
