Job Description:

• Responsible for company’s in-house accounting related work
• Record receipts and payment in accounting software
• Preparation of month end payment and online banking transaction
• Assist in month end closing and preparation of management report
• Organize and prepare for AR collection meeting
• Prepare GST quarterly submission
• Managing petty cash transactions
• Prepare monthly sales report and compare sales variance.
• Update cashflow report daily
• Other ad-hoc duties related accounts matter as and when assigned
• Proper documentation and filing systems
• Errands to bank / post office etc.
• Collaborative effort with Corporate team members to assist in office administrative work such as answering phone call, attending to guests
• Other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess a Degree in Accountancy or equivalent
• Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience in handling partial set of accounts
• Candidates who are currently studying / attained Accounting Professional Certificate (ACCA, CPA are advantageous)
