• Staff Welfare Matter:

1) Responsible for Chinese Expat monthly housing and meal allowance matter, vehicle rental, etc

• Internal Risk Control Management:

1) oversee dept internal audit matter and ensure department carry out operation in accordance to internal policy and procedures.

2) Coaching employees to identify module risks and develop mitigation measures.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum Degree in Business Administration/Economics or relevant disciplines.

• 5 - 7 years’ hands-on experience in business administration in similar industry.

• Accepts global business trips as and when assigned by company.

• Knowledge in telecommunications products would be an added advantage.

• Strong analytical mind with good organizing and co-ordination skills.

• Excellent team spirit with good communications and interpersonal skills.

• Be able to take the leadership in implementing and coordinating projects, deploying resources/manpower, identify major business risks, and take effective measurements.

• Ability to communicate bilingually in Mandarin and English. Mandarin is essential to communicate with colleagues in the head office in China.

Survey Experience Supervisor (Verification)

Salary: S$3,000

Work duration: Immediate till 31 August 2024 (Extendable till 30 September 2024 depending on project requirements)

Working hours: 5 days work per week Monday – Sunday (Based on duty roster). Up to 44 hours per week.

Responsibilities:

• Lead a team of Verification Officers to achieve results in getting the desired number of verifying data from the respondents
• Handle any complaints referred by the Verification Officer
• Verify data and amend query checks to ensure quality of data through IMAS
• Handle 'refusal' cases by the Verification Officers
• Send email to respondents with incomplete data entry and updates on the daily statistics on the number of completed cases done by the Verification Officers and present the findings to the Deputy Director
• Conduct training for teammates to ensure effective execution
