• Perform full spectrum of professional administrative tasks for Sentral Senayan Office Towers department and Manager, including letters, memos, invoices, correspondence and phone calls from tenants
• Manage tenant database and assist in formulating policies, procedures, guidelines, and contracts
• Maintain an efficient and effective administrative filing systems
• Liaise with internal and external parties to arrange meetings, coordinate and follow up complaints
