About the Role

• Administers and handles the Agency Contest R&Rs, Agency Compensation Handbook and other policy management related documents/publications to support the business requirements.
• Handles the fulfillment of the Agency Contest’s monetary (Payment Advise) and non-monetary fulfillment to ensure contest fulfilment is delivered to the qualifiers.
• Performs data analysis for all scopes relating but not limited to contest, competitor launches, agency office projects, workstream projects and any other projects in accordance to the business needs.
• Improve and administers reporting and/or analysis to better support Agency Related Expenses (ARE) efficiency.

Agency Related Expenses (ARE) Management:

Budget

• Collaborates with executives, Finance and Management to develop ARE budget.
• Provide analysis and strategic input to facilitate high level decision making by Management.

ARE Reporting & Monitoring

• Monitor spending to ensure it support the financial and sales target set by Management.
• Conduct analysis, initiate, or recommend appropriate actions to ARE stakeholders, aiming to:
• identify financial or operating risks associated with the ARE.
• provide projection, cost benefit analysis, reports to Management as required or requested.
• Ensure all BAU reporting are submitted timely and accurately.
• Conduct regular validation on the forecast based on latest position, facilitate Management in re-channeling the budget to optimize the business strategy/goals.

Cross Charging

• Formulate cross-charging mechanism to APTB and other business units for ARE related charges.
• Communicate with other business unit stakeholders on issue related to cross charging.

Ad-hoc and regulators

• Provide support to ARE queries raised by auditor, regulators, Management or other stakeholders.

Data Analytics:

• Support in analysis work to close any business gap and help to drive the business further.
• Connect with business stakeholders on the analysis findings.
• Using both quantitative and qualitative data to support the Team to formulate initiatives to drive the business further.

Job Requirements:

• Tertiary qualification from an accredited university in Finance/ Accounting/ Actuarial or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years of working experience in Financial Services or Insurance Industry / Campaign Design is preferred.
• Good working knowledge in handling figures/ numbers.
• Good business acumen and analytical.
• Meticulous approach to work.
• Resourcefulness and ability to devise creative solutions to problems.

Responsible for driving healthcare related initiatives, such as cost containment, provider network and performance metric.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Drive healthcare cost containment initiatives in developing and implementing measures to control/reduce medical claims costs.

• Drive provider network development strategy including identifying, evaluating and recruiting the quality providers and specialists.

• Implement performance metrics to evaluate provider performance, including cost efficiency and quality of care.

• Collaborate with healthcare providers to implement quality improvement programs sought at improving patient experience.

• Work with the analytics team to study the claims cost driver and develop/implement strategies to control and reduce healthcare costs within the network.

Minimum Job Requirements:

Education: Tertiary qualification in Business / Commerce / Finance / Economics/ Legal or any other relevant education or related experiences.

Work Experience: At least 5-8 years of related working experience in healthcare and/or insurance industry and a validated experience at managerial / supervisory level.

General Requirements: Strong communication (verbal and written), negotiation and public relation skills; Strong business insight; Proficient in using Microsoft Office.

• Play a crucial role in the integrated healthcare strategy by using the strong pharmaceutical knowledge and industry trend to provide insights to the development of cost-effective drug cost management approach.

• Use data analytics to identify cost trends among all healthcare providers, and analyse the drug cost disparity.

• Devise and implement utilization management strategies to contain drug costs without compromising the quality and efficiency of pharmaceutical coverage.

• Stay informed about pharmaceutical market dynamics, emerging therapies and regulatory changes.

• Engage with healthcare professionals to capture insights and understand treatment landscapes.

Requirements:

Education: Tertiary qualification in pharmaceutical sciences (e.g., PharmD) or equivalent degree from an accredited institution.

Work experience: At least 6-8 years of related working experience in pharmaceutical advisory roles or relevant fields. Experience in dispensing drugs is a plus.

About the Role

Responsible for providing application development and support services to meet AIA's business needs.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Regular BAU support

• System health checking, user acceptance testing, production environment, including database.
• Daily/monthly Production Batch cycle monitoring on functional results and performance checking, and conducting a quick fix for incidents, if any.
• Production server performance report and trend analysis, based on information provided by Technical Solution Services team from SS HK.
• Monthly report about environment health status, PIR status and BAU enhancement progress.
• Be the IT Application owner incl.ownership of all Azure and other technology resources (AD Groups, PIDs, etc)

Build and maintain modern data pipelines that make data available and accessible to the global company

• Design, implement, and maintain ETL processes for our data.
• Solving and supporting build, test, and deployment incidents if they happen
• Develop and maintain technical documentation and processes.
• Supervise and resolve operational issues related to infrastructure and data pipelines

Handling of ad-hoc request including:

• User query on mapping table/suspense records/policy extraction/User acceptance test cycle/New Product Launch.

Minimum Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science and demonstrated ability in data engineering, Azure cloud and power platform

• A proven experience in developing, maintaining and managing Tableau driven dashboards & analytics and solid grasp of Tableau administration/architecture.

About the Role

Responsible for working with agency channel management in recruitment drives and development of agency networks.

Pipeline Management

Develop overall funnel strategy and structure, execute initiatives and drive towards targets.

Strengthen Sales team’s (Elite PIC) go-to-market strategies in activating more Recruiters, via:

• Organise and facilitate regular communication sessions.
• Coordinate with various internal stakeholders for additional support required.
• Monitor and review the progress of Elite Recruiters.

Ensure Brand Awareness through effective Digital Marketing.

• Coordinate and align with Marketing on the brand compliance for all content.
• Monitor and manage the Social Media always-on content consistent across all platforms.
• Monitor Social Media comments to ensure no negativity remarks and to direct any questions to right PIC.
• Monitor Social Media leads to ensure its being distributed on a timely basis2.
• Co-create content; ie Testimonials. Facilitate scheduling of video shoots with marketing agency.

Monitor and manage coding process.

Design and govern selection criteria.

• Consolidate and Handle nationwide’s Elite’s Appeals to ensure its being resolved on timely basis to avoid late bonus / commission payout.
• Monitor Leaders Watchlist and coordinate with Sales team to ensure actions are being followed up closely to see improvement in Elite retention.
• Monitor quality of SBSG via coordination with Sales Team to facilitate Parents Day to ensure that the 8-steps Reporting Process is conducted correctly.
• Provide Advisory to Sales team on any support required in managing their go-to-market strategies.
• Generate ad-hoc reports for Sales team when required, for targeted approach needed in supporting ‘slow-moving’ agencies.
• Ensure all communication to Elites and Recruiters are sent out in timely manner on right platforms; Welcome Email, Onboarding, Events.
• Response to system changes, facilitate and manage all change management communications to impacted stakeholders.
• Continuous monitoring for process improvement in any areas for effective and efficient tracking or reporting purposes.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree from a reputable University in any field.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience in Sales & Marketing, preferably from the Insurance industry.
