CRM Manager is responsible for developing, implementing, and managing online marketing strategies with regard to life cycle campaigns that help to bring growth and retention for the company. Using owned, paid channels like Whatsapp, Push Notification and other channels to reach and engage with our Mitra.

• Build and implement complex life cycle journeys & test plans via multiple channels such as WhatsApp blast, Push Notification, and In-App Banner according to the campaign calendar.
• Design and execute push and in-app campaigns and analyze campaign results with alignment with Sales initiatives according to the strategic lifecycle to be focused on/scaled
• Hands on using external or internal platform to develop automation and journeys, liaise with internal team on development of campaign assets
• Develop clear communication and incentive plans according to inputs from various functions and how to optimize for engagement and ROI conversion/wallet size growth
• Analyze data to ascertain the effectiveness of strategies and make data-driven decisions for improvements.
• Need to communicate with stakeholders, providing regular updates on campaign performance and discussing strategies.
• Overall thought leadership and CRM best practice deployment

• Leading the recruitment process for candidates by screening resumes, conducting interviews, and making hiring recommendations to management
• Training new hires on company policies and procedures, including safety rules and regulations
• Conducting exit interviews with departing employees to identify reasons for turnover in order to make improvements to the hiring process
• Conducting searches for candidates who meet specific qualifications that are required for a job opening
• Managing the recruitment process from start to finish, including creating job postings, screening applicants, scheduling interviews, and making hiring recommendations

• Menggali insight/ issue dari pencapaian KPI tim, membuat report dan dapat memberikan rekomendasi planning berdasarkan temuan tersebut

1. Develop and execute a comprehensive go-to-market strategy that aligns with the company’s overall goals and objectives
2. Lead and manage all aspects of the go-to-market project, including timelines, budgets, and resources. Ensure that the project stays on track and meets its milestones
3. Collaborate across departments such as product and tech, marketing, and operations to ensure a seamless launch process
4. Conduct market research to identify target audiences, competition, and trends. Use this information to refine the GTM strategy
5. Provide sales teams with the necessary tools, training, and materials to effectively sell the product or service
6. Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of the project and regularly report on progress to senior management
7. Identify potential risks and challenges on the project  and develop contingency plan to mitigate them

Category Management:

Own the P&L of a certain category (or a portfolio of categories) which includes:

(1) Product Mix: Make targeted but substantial assortment selections and regularly reimagine assortment mix to stay aligned with buyer's needs.

(2) Maximising Margin: Gain a deeper understanding of customer requirements to deliver an appropriate assortment at lower cost while increasing variety and value.

(3) Category Strategy: Understand market landscape in each category, what are the specific sutomer segments targeted, the positioning of different brands and their market share. Gain insights on wher and how to play for each category (e.g., Private Labeling: Maximize margin by identifiying assortments that can be converted to high-margin private-label subsitutes. Enter new categories, expand margins without raising prices, and create competitive advantages and pricing protection by offering unique products that can’t be shopped around)

(4) Supply Management: segment suppliers, using category insights and analytics to develop a clear fact base supply strategy and boost negotiation leverage.

Assist initiative owners to define initiative charter
