Director Transformation
What will you do:
Lead the teams of transformation, continuous improvement, change realization and strategic projects in the conduct of projects and initiatives aimed at improving results, supporting the relationship with the stakeholders of the areas, consistent communications and key messages to the stakeholders and development of the team.
Coordinate the entire Project Prioritization Process (PPP) for the Strategic and Transformation projects/initiatives portfolio of Enterprise Operations, ensuring that overall business objectives and targets are properly achieved.
Responsible for reporting progress to Enterprise Operations Leadership Team on a regular basis, anticipating issues, prioritizing themes, and providing overall support to Leadership on Strategy Implementation issues.

Lead strategy of implementation, maintenance, and improvements of the Global Operational Excellence in Mosaic's operations, its tools, as well as the implementation of management techniques that result in the pursuit of continuous improvement.
Teach and mentor formal and informal change agents and enablers to optimize time local capacity to implement strategic, continuous improvement and transformational initiatives.
Structure teams and workload so that initiatives are successfully managed and implemented.
Guide team workload and provide constructive and timely feedback to ensure employees have a clear understanding of their work, role, business goals and performance standards.

What do you need for this role?
Bachelor's degree in Production Engineering, Mines, Chemistry or Administration.
Certification - Lean Six Sigma Preferred
12 years of experienced Transformation and Change management with relevant work experience in the natural resources industry
Knowledge of production processes, financial, analytical, team management, Implementation and / or conduction of Lean Manufacturing.
Quality tools and continuous improvement, Six Sigma, PDCA DMAIC among others.
Deployment of strategic plans and objectives.
Solid experience in business transformation.
Great communication skills, power of synthesis, negotiation, team engagement and team management.
Focus on results. MLM Competencies.
Skills in Change Management
Intermediate/advanced Office suite required, Power BI preferred.

Starting pay for the successful applicant will depend on a variety of factors, including but not limited to education, training, experience, location, business needs, internal equity, market demands or budgeted amount for the role. The target hiring range is for new hire offers only, and staff compensation may increase beyond the maximum hiring range based on performance over time. The maximum of the hiring range is reserved for candidates with the highest qualifications and relevant experience. The expected hiring salary range for this role is set forth below and may be modified in the future.

The Director, Human Resources – Corporate Functions will be the primary HR business partner to the corporate functions (Finance/IT, Procurement, Government Relations and Public Affairs, Law, and HR) as part of the functional leadership teams and ensure the human resource strategies for these groups are aligned with business and enterprise HR strategies. Responsibilities will include:
Leading the Corporate Functions HR business partner (HRBP) team

The Director will serve as a member of the HR Leadership Team (HRLT) contributing to HR leadership, strategic planning, and decision-making. This person will participate in the development and execution of enterprise HR strategies, initiatives and activities that will maximize the return on investment for the company. They will partner with HR COEs to ensure effective alignment with global programs and objectives while leading and developing a team of managers to ensure the enterprise human resource strategy is implemented effectively, consistently, and according to established guidelines and budgets.
This role will be located at the FishHawk office with an expectation of 1-2 days per week at the Tampa Executive Office.
What will you do?
Strategic People Planning: Contribute and drive people and organization strategy within the assigned client groups as a member of the assigned leadership teams. Participate in the design and definition of HR metrics. Determine financial impact of HR strategies on client groups. Connect local and enterprise HR initiatives and ensure objectives are aligned. Forecast people requirements to support strategic business objectives, which includes succession planning, leadership development, and long- and short-term staffing plans. Accountable for developing the talent and bench within the HR business partner team as well as the overall HR function.
People Development: Provide day-to-day coaching for the assigned client group leaders and their respective teams.
