Join our team as a Tele- Marketing Executive to embark on an exciting journey to connect with Successful Personality. You play a vital role in conducting research on successful people in Malaysia & Singapore. Your primary responsibilty is to reach out to these personalities and invite them for an interview session with our  dedicated editors to share their life inspiring stories. Your role includes market research & interview invitation.

Responsibilties :

- Conduct market research to identify interview & selling possibilities and evaluate personality needs

- Making outbound calls to prospective personalities

- Invite personality for an interview via various communication channels

- Actively seeking out new sales opportunities for interview invitation through networking & social media 

- Schedule an interview appointment  ( F2F or Video Call ) with the personality for our dedicated editors throughout all states.

- To collaborate closely with the editors to ensure monthly sales & appointment held targets are achieved

Requirements :

1) Must possess at least SPM/ O-Level , Diploma or Degree in any field. 

2) Proven min 2 years  experience in telemarketing , sales or customer service 

3) Proficiency & Fluency in English is essential

4)  Excellent verbal communication skills 

5) Clear and confident phone manner

6) Good relevant product knowledge

7) Willingness to accept responsibility & to embrace work challenges

8) A positive attitude and sunny disposition

Responsibilities :

• Strong leadership skills to evaluate ongoing sales team performance and provide training and coaching when necessary
• Communication skills for effective verbal and written communications with sales teams, operations specialists, collaborating departments and upper management
• Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills to identify opportunities for sales process improvements and develop and implement new strategies
• Monitoring outlet weekly & monthly sales achievement
• Prepare outlet weekly and monthly report
• Conduct event for boosting sales

Requirements :

• Ability to handle high levels of pressure and make critical decision-making.
• Has good interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to interact and engage with employee at all levels.
• Good working knowledge in Operation and Management
• Energetic, high motivated with an enquiring mind and passion for excellence and innovation in pursuit of business growth and success

• 了解所有產品類別並保持所有產品（食品/非食品）的品質以及新鮮度
• 根據產品類別的 FIFO（先進先出）和 FEFO（先過期先出）慣例，補充、轉發並確保銷售樓層的所有貨架上的產品庫存充足。
• 每天檢查價格變動報告，確保每件產品的價格和描述正確。
• 確保POP卡上的資訊正確並按照公司標準和政府要求進行展示。
• ⁠根據公司SOP保持儲存區、銷售樓層和整個部門的衛生和清潔
• ⁠ 根據公司 SOP 檢查即將過期的產品並刪除過期的產品。 •⁠ ⁠監控冰箱的正確溫度並每天更新溫度表。 （適用於冷藏和冷凍/乾貨部門）
• ⁠提供有關庫存變動的回饋並向上級提出庫存訂購建議。 •⁠ ⁠始終為客戶提供良好的服務。

• Understand all product category and maintain the quality of all products (Food/ Non-Food) as well as freshness
• Replenish, forwarding and ensure all shelves on the selling floor fully good stocked of products according to FIFO (First In First Out) & FEFO (First Expiry First Out) practice with product category.
• Perform daily check on price change report to ensure every product with correct price and description.
• Ensure the correct information on POP cards and display according to company standard and government requirement.
• ⁠Maintain hygiene and cleanliness of the storage area, selling floor and entire department according to company SOP
• ⁠ Checking near expiry products & remove expired products according to company SOP. •⁠ ⁠Monitor correct temperature of the refrigerator and update the temperature sheet by daily basis. (For Chilled & Frozen/Dry Goods Department)
• ⁠Provide feedback regard stock movement and propose stock ordering to superior. •⁠ ⁠Always provide good services to the customers.
• ⁠Assist and support all sales, marketing and promotional activities.
• ⁠Perform any other duties in general operational functions and ad-hoc assignments.
