Requirements:

• Experience: Minimum 2 years in F&B chain/retail or F&B product development, with a focus on coffee-related industries preferred.
• Innovative Thinking: Ability to conceptualize and execute new methods, with strong sensory skills for product benchmarking and development.
• Technical Proficiency: Proficient in Microsoft Office & Excel, with a good understanding of ingredient formulation and development principles.
• Communication Skills: Excellent command of written and spoken English and Malay, proficiency in other languages is advantageous.
