Job Description
Our Assistant Product Manager is responsible for overseeing our fabrication processes and ensuring safety requirements are adhered to.
You will develop and implement production plans, schedules and coordinate resources to meet production goals.
You will monitor the efficiency of our processes, analyse and prepare reports for monthly operational analysis needs.
You will identify opportunities to continuously improve our fabrication processes, streamline workflows and enhance efficiency.
You will also manage the fabrication team, providing guidance and mentorship to ensure high performance.
You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including production manager and operational team, to ensure all seamless coordination and adherence to safety compliance.
What will the Right Person look like?
- You are experienced as a Production Manager, or in a similar senior-level production role with at least 4 years of relevant working experience.
- You are meticulous and conscientious to commit leading teams to deliver high-quality fabrication.
- You demonstrate a strong leadership ability in managing and motivating teams.
- You are a team player with a positive attitude to go the extra mile.
- It will be an added advantage if you have the working knowledge of Microsoft Offices (Excel and Word) and experience in stock take.
