Responsibilities

• Ensure timely and accurate invoicing.
• Prepare bank reconciliation and petty cash.
• Handle full set of accounts and prepare monthly financial reports.
• Coordination and preparation of year-end audit schedule.
• To assist in inventory control system on costing, stocks and during physical stock count cycle.
• Ensure proper documentation.
• To be in charge of fixed assets management and calculation of depreciation.
• Performing full spectrum of AR, AP & GL function including journal entries, accruals and other adjustments to complete an accurate full set account.
• Prepare and reconcile intercompany transactions.
• Perform any related task as directed by superior from time to time.

Requirements

• Conversant in MS Office and AutoCount Accounting Software are essential.
• Good analytical skills, able to cope with tight deadlines, resourceful and able to work independently.
• Possess passion and positive working attitude.
