* Prepare daily bank balance reconciliation.
* Assisting in office financial record-keeping, documentation and filling system.

* Supporting the finance team in preparing financial reports, invoices, and expense reports.

* Assisting in maintaining employee records and databases.

* Monitor and update for all types of insurance policies renewal, employee’s status change, insurance claims submission, all agreements and licenses records to ensure in time renewal etc.
* Keep track and monitor and update the related schedules for status-change.
Assist in Monitoring, updating, filing of  Directors claim and expenses.

Requirements:

• Minimum Qualification : STPM and above.
• At least 2 years in Accounting work.

1    Knowledge in inventory count on Raw Material & Packaging Material.
2    Able to do Mid & End Year Stock Check.
3    Perform weekly stock count on fast moving items & submit a report to the superior.
4    To issue Goods Return Notes upon receiving warehouse information, & system update
5    To perform clerical tasks & administrative duties such as filing, scanning, data entry, record keeping, emailing, answering calls, etc
6    Update BMR on Master Accounting (Biro) System
7    Have sense of urgency & able to liase with multiple departments on Raw Material & Packaging Material issues.
8    Update Daily dispensing report & BMR dispensing report
9    Register New Order 
10    Print Label based on the stock receiving
11    Perform any other duties as assigned by the superior from time to time.
