• Assemble, calibrate, and test musical instruments and audio equipment within a manufacturing environment.
• Troubleshoot and repair production line equipment and tools related to instrument manufacturing.
• Perform quality control checks to ensure instruments meet design specifications and quality standards.

JOB DESCRIPTION :-

· To perform both preventive maintenance and repair/daily maintenance work to all equipment used in production and to minimize down time.

· To analyze and report to superior on any faults found in production equipment which may directly or indirectly cause defect to production.

· To propose new idea of facilities in order to improve production yield and productivity.

· To prepare maintenance report on daily basis to fulfill ISO requirement.

· To monitor the production line to meet the schedule given.

· Involve in company's improvement activities.

· Perform additional job as required by Superior.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:-

· Candidates must possess at least a Professional Certificate/Diploma/Advanced/Higher in Electrical, Mechanical, Tool & Die, Mechatronics Engineering or equivalent.

· At least 2 years working experience in related field.

· Able to work overtime.

· Able to work independent.
