工作職責：

• 為工廠或產品線制定每日和每週的生產計劃，包括資源規劃以及針對計劃的績效監控和報告。
• 制定每週團隊或部門勞動力計劃，以確定滿足需求預測所需的員工數量。

要求：

• 相關領域的學士學位
• 3至6年生產計畫工作經驗
• 工廠/生產資產和營運的技術知識
• 較強的計畫/組織能力
• SAP 經驗是額外優勢

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop daily and weekly production plans for a factory or a product line to include resource planning and monitoring and reporting on the performance against plan.
• Prepare weekly team or department workforce plans to identify the number of staff required to meet the demand forecast.
• Interpret data and identify possible answers. Involves navigating a wide variety of process, procedures, and precedents.
• Carry out a range of inventory control activities, either to support others or to fulfil the requirements of the role.
• Perform simple buying tasks by following established procedures to support others.
• Collate and analyze data using pre-set tools methods and formats. Involves working independently.
• Help others get the most of the internal communications system by offering support and advice.
• Identify, within the team, instances of non-compliance with the organizations’ policies and procedures and or relevant regulatory codes and codes of conduct, reporting these and escalating issues as appropriate.
• Develop own capabilities by participating in assessments and development planning activities as well as formal and informal training and coaching; gain or maintain professional accreditations where relevant to improve performance and fulfil personal potential. Maintain an understanding of relevant technology, external regulation, and industry best practices through ongoing education, attending conferences, and reading specialist media

Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree in related field
• 3 to 6 years working experience in production planning
• Technical Knowledge of Plant/ Production Assets and Operation
• Strong planning/organizing skill
• Experience in SAP is an added advantage

Job Responsibilities

• Implement action plans (e.g. make regular calls/visits, take orders, etc.) to achieve sales targets for assigned businesses/territories.

  Job Requirements
• Knowledge and understanding of the FMCG industry/market/competitors/customers in Pahang

• Knowledge in assigned territories and strong selling skills.

• Strong communication and negotiation skills. 良好的沟通和谈判技巧。
• Proficiency in office productivity tools (e.g. Excel, Word and PowerPoint)
