The Security Architect will support more complex technology, like Virtualization, Data Center, Storage, UC, and Cloud Solutions for IBM.

May specialize in one vendor or support multiple technologies.

Must be available to travel in the field, to help our resellers understand the interworking’s of today's complex technologies.

About the Role:

Focuses on building and maintaining business relationships of assigned TD SYNNEX vendors to achieve the best financial performance.

What You'll Do:

• Responsible for incremental funding proposals at the Cisco vendor level.

• Aligns goals and objectives of Cisco vendor with TD SYNNEX to ensure mutual, positive results.

• Supports cross functional communication with TD SYNNEX's product groups in price negotiations and market knowledge.

• Act as subject matter expert (SME) for assigned vendor’s technology and programs.

• Manages activities and programs that will drive the Cisco vendor pro- forma performance in an effort to achieve TD SYNNEX's financial goals.

• Performs analysis and reports of various program impact for the vendor.

• Manages forecasting pipeline requirements and rebate projections.

• Develop, planning and execution the strategies about solution cloud or on premise, licensing & subscriptions.

Objetivo:

Actuar como apoyo interno para el líder comercial del Vendor o Marca (AWS) para impulsar el crecimiento rentable de la participación de mercado a través de la ejecución de la planificación comercial, la gestión del pipeline, profundizar en el marco comercial y la mejora en el relacionamiento y el desarrollo del cliente.

Responsabilidades:

1. Apoyar a los Business Developer Managers en México, así como al equipo de AWS (Amazonians) en otras funciones comerciales en el Sector Comercial-Empresarial para el desarrollo comercial.

2. Tener control total del proceso de Onboarding “Distribution Seller Agreement”

3. Dominio de plataformas: StreamOne y APN.

4. Desarrollar las habilidades analíticas y de resolución de problemas por las que nuestra gente es conocida.

5. Ser propietario independiente del proyecto de listado de vendedores, para ayudar a los nuevos vendedores a crear páginas/listas de productos de alta calidad en los mercados de Amazon (AWS).

6. Identificar los problemas de la lista de vendedores y solucionar los problemas trabajando en estrecha colaboración con los equipos multifuncionales y las partes interesadas.

7. Resolver el punto de dolor del vendedor antes del registro.

8. Optimizar tiempos de respuesta en procesos internos.

9. Desarrollar y lanzar el programa de éxito del vendedor (testimonios del vendedor, estudios de casos, estudios de casos en video) que incluye la estrategia, el proceso y la ejecución continua.

10. Trabajar de manera efectiva en AWS distribución con Cloud Success Center.

Overview:

The Credit & Collections Analyst II drives the credit to cash cycle to facilitate product sales for TD SYNNEX, by analyzing the credit worthiness of customer(s) and  their ability to pay for goods and services. Responsible for the collection and management of the accounts receivable of the product sales released to those customers. Provides guidance, training and innovation within the Credit department.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities Required:

• Analyze customer financials utilizing financial data (i.e. balance sheets, income statements) (5%)

• Analyze Trade payment reports and security agreements  (5%)

• Manage the accounts receivable for specified customer base, including collections and account reconciliation (i.e. variances) (15%)

• Negotiates account receivable resolution(s) (i.e.  partial payments, cash flow days offsets, receipt differences, order-by-order term date requirements, etc.) independently with customer  (10%)

• Manages credit lines for specified market or customer base (15%)

• Manage customer order release based on credit lines and account receivable status (25%)

• Solve for root cause issues that disrupts credit to cash cycle (i.e. shipping, order, billing issues) through partnership with sales, operational departments and/or customer, and search for innovative process improvements (15%)

• Provides entry-level first call response for solutions pricing and quoting of simple solutions requests for customers within assigned territory or is accountable for territory focused relationship based customer transactions in support of a large group with more complex solutions.
• Accountable for opportunity forecasting and pipeline management for the same group of assigned-territory customers.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities Required

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Provides the first call response focused on providing pricing and quoting the customer identified solution.
• Engages with the customer to understand the scope of the solution request.
• Utilizes entry-level knowledge and tool sets to configure, price, quote and process requests for specific hardware, software, services for identified configuration design solutions.
• Creates and delivers initial solution to the customer, determining and communicating lead time and delivery based on product availability, build lead times, etc.
• Provides assigned-territory customers with information to assist in making additional decisions regarding hardware, software, services and/or services renewal and warranty.
• Adheres to customer program requirements utilizing customer contract information to ensure enforcement of terms, freight, inventory, pricing, etc.
• Supplies final adjusted design solution pricing based on applicable programs, promotions and add-ons.
• Uses internal resources to resolve or escalate all pertinent pre-sales issues, e.g., credit, engineering, etc.
• Refers requests for product education and product alternatives outside of their area of knowledge to others.
• Follows up on all opportunities and monitors the pipeline activity to close within the identified forecast period.
• Contributes information to forecast consolidations.
• Participates in planning and reviews for customers in the assigned territory.
• Implements actions identified by management to resolve identified budgets gaps.
• Maintains integrity of customer information in TD SYNNEX systems, as appropriate.

Knowledge and Skills:

• Demonstrated entry-level working knowledge of product, pricing, customer service and sales strategy.
• Demonstrated entry-level working knowledge of simple configuration solutions design, including tools, products and services, practices, procedures and methods.
• Demonstrated ability to identify and use appropriate tools to price simple configuration requests.
• Demonstrated working knowledge of sales and quoting systems.
• Demonstrated verbal, written, interpersonal communications skills sufficient to work in a successful team environment and effectively interface with supplier and customer representatives by telephone and e-mail.
• Demonstrated working-level attention to detail and the ability to organize, prioritize and accomplish multiple tasks based on identified process requirements.
• Ability to perform mathematical calculations.
• Knowledge of distribution industry.

Work Experience:

• One (1) year of experience in a configuration, sales or other related role with extensive customer service interface in a technical or product support role within a computer products, system solutions-related distribution business or similar environment.

• Product/supplier certifications as required.

Responsabilidades:

• Realizar capacitaciones técnicas para clientes y/o empleados enfocadas en las tecnologías desarrolladas dentro del negocio, principalmente de Ciberseguridad. (Fortinet, Palo Alto, Checkpoint, Cisco, etc).
• Interactuar con clientes y organizaciones funcionales para desarrollar especificaciones para el contenido de los cursos.
• Prepara planes de cursos técnicos a partir de documentación de ingeniería, requisitos de servicio de campo o documentación de software.
• Desarrollar y adoptar los materiales de los Vendors para la implementación de las capacitaciones técnicas.
• Colaborar con el área de Ingeniería, Soporte técnico y Vendors para para garantizar que el material del curso refleje las características actuales del producto del Vendor.
• Instruye a los participantes en prácticas de laboratorio y da un seguimiento para determinar la aplicabilidad del material del curso.

Experiencia y Conocimientos:

• 2 a 4 años de experiencia en la impartición de cursos técnicos a nivel profesional.
• Nivel de Licenciatura o Ingeniería en Sistemas Computacionales, Comunicaciones y electrónica, Telecomunicaciones, o afín.
• Experiencia en metodologías y desarrollo de materiales para capacitaciones técnicas (Networking, Ciberseguridad, Data Center, Cloud, o similares.
• Inglés Intermedio-avanzado.
• Fuertes habilidades interpersonales, de comunicación efectiva (escrita y oral) y de presentación.
• Experiencia con E-learning, Online o Gestión de aprendizaje (PREFERIBLE).
• Experiencia previa en capacitación empresarial o consultoría (presencial o remota).

Job Summary:

Provides field technical support to customers by serving as the primary technical interface for TD SYNNEX products, solutions, and services. Performs a variety of product, and technical support functions which include research and resolution of pre-sales technical and process related issues.  Such activities may include the following as well as other duties as assigned:

Principal Responsibilities:

• Provides pre-sales resolution of all technical and process related issues, using appropriate escalation points when necessary.

• Consults with customers and technology group to clarify and/or resolve problems, evaluate operational and performance requirements.

• Consults with customers concerning pre-sales design, development and maintenance of products/services.

• Assists sales channel, field teams and customers with pre-sales technical solutions.

• Responsible for knowledge transfer of advanced technical theory to target audiences.

• Participates in products, solutions or services training to maintain technical knowledge, active certification and competence.

• Assists in determining the feasibility of proposal, conferring with customers and technology group to clarify and/or resolve problem.

• Consults on advanced configurations on converged solutions.
