The Prayer & Praise Programme Coordinator is responsible for contemporary worship service preparation and management of volunteer teams. In addition, this person is expected to support the ministry administration and activities, eg. training, care, outreach and discipleship.
Responsibilities
1. Be part of P&P ministry, including provide onsite support during services/events and be part of each service’s volunteer network
2. Book-keeping, process reimbursements and payments for assigned-P&P teams, volunteers and vendors. Proper maintenance of payment records.
3. Administrative support and management for P&P teams for rostering and management
- Volunteer Care
- Community Builders
- Hospitality
- Service Committee
- Altar Ministers
- Wesley Deaf Ministry
- Music Ministry
- Technical Teams
- Holy Communion Stewards
4. Events Preparation, coordination & execution
5. Worship services – service plans and roster updates on Planning Center Online, collate weekly service teams list, sermon info and all the media materials needed and communicate to the necessary teams.
6. Create service run-sheets and chat groups, send out team emails, attendance reports and collate service information for Wesley Weekly
7. Meeting Minutes/ Notes
- Attend meetings and take minutes/ notes for P&P Service Comm and/or assigned-P&P teams (TSS teams, Volunteer Care/ Management, Hospitality Team, Music Ministry, Technical Teams, etc.)
8. Room booking/zoom setup for ministry meetings
9. Other related duties assigned within ministry and with other Ministries, Committees and Organisations

Qualifications and Experience
· Diploma holders & above
· Passionate about worship and music ministry
· Experience in church ministry work will be a bonus
· Minimum 3 years of working experience
· Good knowledge of relevant Microsoft applications; Word, Excel, Power Point & etc
· Familiar with application tools and software (eg. Google forms, PDF, Whatsapp, Telegram, and Planning Center Online, Propresenter)
· Good knowledge of various virtual meeting platforms; Zoom, MS Team & etc
· Familiar with protestant church’s doctrines and worship culture
