• Responsible for the preparation and process purchase requisition and quotation.
• Periodic price negotiation with suppliers.
• Source suppliers for required materials/ services.
• Other Ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Min relevant Diploma
• Min 2 years relevant procurement experience in construction industry.
• Good communication skills, able to interact with people of all levels and teamwork.
• Able to commence work immediately would be an advantage.
• 5-day work week/ Monday – Friday 8.30am to 5.30pm.

Job Description

• Minimum Diploma in Accountancy or CAT/LCCI
• Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience
• Knowledge of UBS is a must
• Meticulous with numbers, highly energetic, self-motivated and attention to details
• Able to work independently and meet deadlines with minimal supervision and strong initiative
• Good communication skills with positive working attitude

Requirements

• Prepare full sets of accounts, e.g., General Ledger, Billing, AR/AP
• Prepare monthly management reports
• Analysis on accounting data and prepare yearly budget
• Conduct year-end inventory check and prepare report
• Prepare GST return, payments & petty cash
• Liaison with Auditor, Tax Agent & Company Secretary
• Assist in any other ad-hoc duties
