Primary Responsibilities

• Your role is to build business by identifying clients, selling services and solutions, and maintaining relationships in the Region for the Oil and Gas industry.
• Identify and research prospects, explore industry positions and forecasts, analyze, and evaluate opportunities, and develop marketing plans.
• Execute corporate and local marketing directives to pursue and fulfill quarterly objectives by constant readiness and implementation.
• Maintain customer relationships from providing support, information, and guidance to gathering market intelligence, competitor knowledge and collecting debts.
• Be a Team Player in performing all routine tasks error free and on time; including preparing various reports; update customer visits in the CRM.
• Attend Conferences, Trade Events & Meetings to promote company products and services with self-assurance and professionalism.
• Adapt to company needs to better serve the customer and the company, while complying with changes and expectations in the job.

Qualification:

• Minimum 5 years in the oil and Gas industry
• Minimum O Level or Bachelor's Degree or equivalent

• Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the office
• Direct visitors to the appropriate person and office
• Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls
• Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and material (e.g. pens, forms and brochures)
• Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email
• Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk (monitor logbook)
• Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying and transcribing.

Job Description:

• Conduct laboratory operations in designated areas and report any malfunction, abnormality
• Practice good housekeeping to ensure the work area and surrounding is kept clean.
• Ensure proper handling and storage of hazardous waste as defined in the Hazardous Waste Plan
• Verify and keep proper documentations once samples are received and opened
• Coordinate receipt and registration of samples in the LIMS software in a timely manner to be processed for testing without delay
• Report any equipment problem, calibration issues, or difficult samples
• Check equipment readiness for assigned test method, carry out QC test as needed and enter result in the SQC system.
• Homogenize sample and subdivide for various test benches
• Carry out routine testing of assigned bench
• Data entry of test results in datasheet or in LIMS
• Ensure all Safety and Health policies, test procedures are followed while carrying out test
• Any other ad hoc duties

Job Requirement:

• Minimum ITE in Applied Chemistry
• Minimum 1 year experience in similar job role
• Fresher can apply. Training is provided
• 2nd shift (Monday to Friday 5pm to 2am); alternate Saturday 11am to 3pm

Job Description:

• Ensure laboratory storage areas provide proper storage of samples, regents, chemicals, standards and reference materials and hazardous waste
• Ensure scheduled cleaning and maintenance service of the laboratory facility is accomplished
• Ensure a pest control program is in place
• Practice proper handling and storage of hazardous waste as defined in the Hazardous Waste Plan, so as not to adversely affect laboratory operations
• Calibration and verification of measuring equipment and keeping record of all calibration in ERMS
• Coordinate with R-CSIM for periodic review, adjustment of calibration program
• Labelling calibration information on measuring equipment
• Record details of repair, verify instrument performance, put in service following the nonconforming work procedure
• Maintain all records pertaining to installation, commissioning, calibration, verification, equipment manual
• Maintain inventory, monitor consumption and process order for store, consumable, spares.
• Any other ad-hoc duties

Job Requirements:

• Minimum ITE in Chemistry
• Minimum 2 years experience in inventory managment in a chemical testing laboratory
• Experience in maintenance of lab equipment like FTIR, ICP, Density meter, Viscometer, fumehood, Sediment test rig, bunsen burners, DI Water system, effluent discharge monitor
• Experience in external and internal calibration of weighing balance, XRF, and other laboratory equipments
• Verification and maintenance of calibration certificates
