Conduct methodical research and consumer data analyzes in several social platforms such as Facebook, IG and tiktok. Reviews on effective and trending brand and marketing content to recommend for our content strategy.

Duties and Responsibilities

Support marketing campaign planning and execution.

Write copy for social media posts, promotional emails, and other marketing collateral.

Assist in the creation of written, video, and image content for marketing channels.

Participate in marketing brainstorming sessions.

Analyze and measure performance bi-weekly

Manage and respond timely to social media comments and enquiries

Assist in other day to day tasks and projects set by leadership team as well as adjacent key stakeholders

We are seeking a highly creative and skilled Graphic Design Intern to join our Marketing and Communication team at UNS. The intern will work closely with the team conceptualize, design, and create various marketing collaterals.

This role provides an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced professional environment in the beauty industry.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities

• Collaboration to understand project requirements and concepts.

• Design and create visually appealing marketing materials, including but not limited to videos, brochures, posters, banners, social media graphics, and presentations.

• Use Adobe Suite tools, including Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign, to bring creative ideas to life.

• Ensure all design elements, layouts, and graphics are visually appealing, cohesive, and on-brand.

• Work independently, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines effectively.

• Amend designs based on feedback and ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and meet the company’s standards.

• Stay updated on emerging design trends and technologies.

UNS is seeking full time on site Payroll & Invoicing Coordinator, whose responsibilities includes processing payroll and invoices accurately and in a timely manner. Creating user-friendly systems for recording and tracking, includes leaves and overtime. The candidate will assist in resolving any billing (including AR) or payment issues, communicating with inner and external clients and vendors to ensure smooth payment processes.
