PRIMARY FUNCTION
Shall perform a variety of warehousing duties that require an understanding of the Company's Logistics Operations.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Must have a desire to achieve the best and produce top quality results; ensures quality control by appropriately handling and accurately processing material in accordance with standard operating procedures (i.e., Command Media)
Receive, move, store and ship materials in accordance with Command Media, Government and Security regulations.
Some examples of daily tasking include the following: verify materials ( or merchandise) against
shipping/receiving documents, annotate and report discrepancies and damage, know/monitor condition code and report discrepancies, printing and applying stow labels, routing materials to prescribed storage locations; stacking or palletizing materials in accordance with prescribed storage methods, rearranging and taking inventory of stored materials, examining materials and reporting deterioration and damage, verifying unit of issue, quantities, item identification nomenclature part number (PIN), stock number (NSN), serial number
(SIN) against documents and preparing-it for shipment.
Ensures quality control by appropriately handling and accurately processing material in accordance with standard operating procedures (i.e., Command Media).
Obtain access to required Inventory Management Systems (IMS)/Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) or tools and retain/preserve certifications as required by the Company. User of Defense Property Accountability System (DPAS), Systems Applications and Products (SAP) and GOLDesp.
Understand and effectively execute support of Electrostatic Device (ESD), shelf-life and calibration management.
Understand and effectively execute Return to Inventory (RTI) / Return to Stock (RTS) processes.
Pick up, receives, inspects, sorts, and delivers incoming, outgoing, and inter-office mail.
Maintains accountable records as applicable.
Scan orders and track shipments across multiple inventory systems.
Maintain required inventory controls.
Worker will be trained and licensed to operate required material-handling equipment (MHE) and obtain license with-in 60 days and other support equipment to store or move material; required to retain/preserve license to support warehouse operations.
Complete required training on time to perform duties required for position, with-in company, and customer learning system.
Safety First: observe work-place safety rules and procedures by using applicable Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and immediately addressing all safety concerns. Completes all safety training requirements.
Responsible for general housekeeping and comply with general warehouse maintenance methods and follow through for non-routine issues.

PRIMARY FUNCTION
The Electronics Technician Maintenance III applies advanced technical knowledge to solve complex problems that typically cannot be solved solely by referencing manufacturers' manuals or similar documents. Examples of such problems include determining the location and density of circuitry, evaluating electromagnetic radiation, isolating malfunctions, and incorporating engineering; changes. Work typically requires an understanding of the interrelationships of circuits, exercising independent judgment in performing such tasks as making circuit analyses, calculating wave forms, and tracing relationships in signal flow, using complex test instruments such as high frequency pulse generators, frequency synthesizers, distortion analyzers, and complex computer control equipment. Work may be reviewed by supervisor for general compliance with accepted practices. This position may provide technical guidance to lower-level technicians. This position shall provide full spectrum support to the Joint Pacific Alaska Range Complex (JPARC) at Eielson Air Force Base (AFB), Alaska to include maintenance, operational, engineering support, operational support for RED FLAG Alaska (RFA) exercises and daily training requirements.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
• Performs communications-electronics operation and maintenance to include preventive maintenance, scheduled/unscheduled maintenance, inspections, corrosion control and configuration management, on Radar, Range Threat Systems, Radio Frequency (RF) UHF/VHF/Microwave Radios, Uninterruptable Power Systems, Network/Fiber Systems, Crypto Equipment and other associated JPARC Joint Integrated Air Defense Systems (JIADS).
• Subject matter expert in basic electronics, RF transmitter/receiver theory, technical orders/manuals, RF/network/fiber cable standards, electronic sensitive devices, grounding bonding and shielding, antennas, antenna towers, frequency requests and approvals, corrosion and control methods and etc.
• Performs installation of communication-electronic equipment according to specified technical documentation, data and guidance for assigned projects and new systems.
• Prepares and maintains accurate maintenance and installation documentation using USAF Technical Orders (TO), OEM/commercial manuals/documentation and historical and communications infrastructure records, etc.
• Perform entries into Integrated Maintenance Database Systems (IMDS), (CAMS) Core Automated Maintenance System replacement) and/or other maintenance data collect systems to document equipment outages, equipment status reporting, schedule maintenance actions, document maintenance actions, creation of job standards and/or preventative maintenance inspections, etc., to ensure current and correct status is being reported.
• Provides in-depth training of lower-level electronics technicians on communications-electronics equipment.
• Uses TOs and commercial manuals (OEM), system/tower “as-builts” and communications infrastructure drawings to perform maintenance, servicing, annual corrosion inspection, treatment, tightening or alignment, repair or replacement of all antennas, cables and transmission lines.
• Ensure safety and quality control standards are met using appropriate instructions and policy directives.
• Assists in range maintenance, fire suppression and decontamination as required.
• Assist in tracking, replenishing, and maintaining sufficient spares inventory for all assigned systems to ensure system operational readiness.

• Graduate of an accredited electronics apprentice program with twelve (12) years of Journeyman level and seven (7) years craftsman level experience or military electronics technical training, equivalent Associate’s degree, and same number of years at Journeyman and Craftsman level experience as previously stated. Bachelors or higher degree in electronics/telecommunications field preferred otherwise
• Recent communications-electronics quality assurance, project management, and IMDS equipment status reporting/job standard experience to include military/DoD/commercial course completions in the previously stated areas is highly desired
• Five (5) years’ experience performing Electronic Technician II work at the journey level on RF Transmitters/Receivers, Microwave, Radar and Comm Networks with in-depth knowledge of test/diagnostic equipment, electronic component level fault isolation/repair of circuit cards components, i.e. resisters, capacitors, microcircuits, and etc., interpreting/troubleshooting with complex drawings, IMDS maintenance reporting, associated communication-electronics programs requirements and etc.

Primary Function
To serve as a firefighter assigned to drive and operate firefighting vehicles of significant complexity engaged in airfield and structural firefighting and crash-rescue operations and assist in reducing and/or eliminating potential fire hazards.
Essential Duties
• Drives/operates firefighting vehicles, i.e. pumpers, tenders, and Airport Rescue Fire Fighting (ARFF).
• Drives to the scene of the fire following a predetermined route or selecting an alternate when necessary and positions vehicle considering factors, such as wind direction, sources of water, hazards from falling structures, location of armament on aircraft, etc.
• Operates pumps, foam generators, boom and ground sweep nozzles, and other similar equipment.
• Determines proper pressures, the number of lines, and relays requirements to the booster pumper.
• Operating an ARFF truck to position vehicle to keep the fire in optimum range/preventing back-flash.
• Maintains constant awareness of levels in self-contained breathing apparatus and warns other firefighters when tanks are close to empty.
• Assists in training other firefighters on driving vehicles and operating equipment.
• Performs crash/rescue and firefighting duties at airfields handling predominantly medium or complex aircraft (e.g. fighters, bombers, cargo, passenger).
• Performs standby duty during aircraft refueling/defueling, engine maintenance/testing, welding and burning on fueled and/or armed aircraft, ammunition handling, or other special circumstances.
• Maintains constant awareness of the frequent changes in cockpit design, ordnance placement, and cabin layouts to determine how they affect the difficulty of rescue and firefighting.
• Directs water through turrets and handlines to cool weapons and ammunitions during rescue.
• Operates or deactivates specialized mechanisms and systems, such as hatch or canopy release mechanisms, ejection seat mechanisms, or oxygen supply systems.
• Sometimes uses special tools developed for the particular mechanism.
• Performs structural firefighting duties for a variety of facilities (i.e. research and industrial complexes).
• Performs facility prefire planning to understand layout, fire hazards, and fixed fire protection systems.
• May assist in the development of special protective services for structures imposing extreme hazards.
• As a crewmember, assists in controlling/extinguishing fires by operating hoses, ladders, and hydrants.
• Participates in regular training and exercises as required.
• Performs rescue of personnel and a variety of first aid measures to alleviate further injury and prepare the victim(s) for transport to a medical facility.

Primary Function
The Electronics Technician Maintenance II independently applies technical knowledge to solve complex problems that typically cannot be solved solely by referencing manufacturers' manuals or similar documents. Examples of such problems include determining the location and density of circuitry, evaluating electromagnetic radiation, isolating malfunctions, and incorporating changes. Work typically requires an understanding of the interrelationships of circuits, exercising independent judgment in performing such tasks as making circuit analyses, calculating wave forms, and tracing relationships in signal flow, using complex test instruments such as high frequency pulse generators, frequency synthesizers, distortion analyzers, and complex computer control equipment. Work may be reviewed by supervisor for general compliance with accepted practices. This position may provide technical guidance and training to lower-level Technician I. This position shall provide full spectrum support to the Joint Pacific Alaska Range Complex (JPARC) at Eielson Air Force Base (AFB), Alaska to include maintenance, operational, engineering support, operational support for RED FLAG Alaska (RFA) exercises and daily training requirements.
Essential Duties:
• Performs communications-electronics operation and maintenance to include preventive maintenance, scheduled/unscheduled maintenance, inspections, corrosion control and configuration management, on Radar, Range Threat Systems, Radio Frequency (RF) UHF/VHF/Microwave Radios, Uninterruptable Power Systems, Network/Fiber Systems, Crypto Equipment and other associated JPARC Joint Integrated Air Defense Systems (JIADS).
• Knowledgeable in basic electronics, RF transmitter/receiver theory, technical orders/manuals, RF/network/fiber cable standards, electronic sensitive devices, grounding bonding and shielding, antennas, antenna towers, frequency requests and approvals, corrosion and control methods and etc.
• Work independently to accomplish tasks and provides assistance when requested.
• Performs installation of communication-electronic equipment according to specified technical documentation, data and guidance for assigned projects and new systems.
• Prepares and maintains accurate maintenance and installation documentation using USAF Technical Orders (TO), OEM/commercial manuals/documentation and historical and communications infrastructure records, etc.
• Perform entries into Integrated Maintenance Database Systems (IMDS), (CAMS) Core Automated Maintenance System replacement) and/or other maintenance data collect systems to document equipment outages, equipment status reporting, schedule maintenance actions, document maintenance actions, creation of job standards and/or preventative maintenance inspections, etc., to ensure current and correct status is being reported.
• Aides in-depth training of lower-level electronics technicians on communications-electronics equipment.
• Uses TOs and commercial manuals (OEM), system/tower “as-builts” and communications infrastructure drawings to perform maintenance, servicing, annual corrosion inspection, treatment, tightening or alignment, repair or replacement of all antennas, cables and transmission lines.
• Ensure safety and quality control standards are met using appropriate instructions and policy directives.
• Assists in range maintenance, fire suppression and decontamination as required.
• Assist in tracking, replenishing, and maintaining sufficient spares inventory for all assigned systems to ensure system operational readiness.
• Assist management is briefings, reporting and status meeting with the government, as requested.
• Travel to support training movement/TDY to foreign countries.

Desired Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
• Must possess advanced journeymen level technical knowledge of electrical and electronic principles.
• Must possess an in-depth knowledge of preventative maintenance procedures, practices and methods on communications-electronics equipment and components and associated communication-electronics processes to include job data documentation, grounding, bonding and shielding, corrosion and control.
• Must have advanced knowledge of electronic test equipment.
• Must have advanced knowledge in troubleshooting, inspections, calibrate, repair, remove and install equipment components.
• Ability to prepare radars and supporting equipment for the scheduled training events.
• Must have advanced knowledge of maintenance data collection databases to include in administrative level entries, i.e., equipment status reporting and job standard task creation
• Must have significant knowledge in Communications Security, related programs and regulations.
• Must be able to assist in projects or programs dealing with communications electronics systems and associated equipment
• Ability to climb up to 70 feet to perform maintenance.
• Must be able to train lower level Electronic Technicians.
• Must be able to re-establish systems after movement and deployment.
• Must be a multi-tasker.
Required Qualifications:
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Graduate of an accredited electronics apprentice program with eight (8) years of Journeyman level or military electronics technical training, equivalent Associate’s degree, and same number of years at Journeyman level experience as previously stated.
• Recent communications-electronics quality assurance, and IMDS equipment status reporting/job standard experience to include military/DoD/commercial course completions in the previously stated areas is highly desired
• Five (5) years’ experience performing Electronic Technician II work at the journey level on RF Transmitters/Receivers, Microwave, Radar and Comm Networks with in-depth knowledge of test/diagnostic equipment, electronic component level fault isolation/repair of circuit cards components, i.e. resisters, capacitors, microcircuits, and etc., interpreting/troubleshooting with complex drawings, IMDS maintenance reporting, associated communication-electronics programs requirements and etc.
• Must be able to work on secure military facilities.
• Must have current valid driver’s license and clean driving record and be qualified to operate a vehicle.
• Must be able to pass a DoD background check, pass drug screening tests and obtain SECRET security clearance with the ability to obtain a Top-Secret clearance to access TS/SCI, Special Access Program Information and Facilities.

PRIMARY FUNCTION
The Personal Computer Support Tech provides support to distributed PC/networking environments including installation, testing, repair, and troubleshooting for stand-alone PCs, PCs linked to networks, printers, and other computer peripherals. Support responsibilities include software installation, and configurations. The PCST performs technical, operational, and training support to users of personal computers either by telephone, or on-site for PC desktop hardware and software packages. Job duties require the technician to install and test personal computers, printers, and other peripherals, configure operating system, and load shrink-wrap programs and other application software programs. The PCST also troubleshoots computer problems, performs hardware and software diagnostics, coordinates needed repairs, resolves computer system problems, including coordination between users and components of a local area network, and participates in the evaluation of system configuration and software.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Typically fulfills all of the following duties within the Base Supply contract:
AF Client Support Technician (CST), AF Information Technology Equipment Custodians (ITEC), Integrated Logistics System Supply (ILS-S) Information Owner (IO), and website content manager. Must have and maintain DOD 8570 Information Assurance Technician Level I (IAT I), IA baseline certification and relevant Computing Environment (CE) Certification within six months of new CE changes.
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, & ABILITIES:
· Familiarity with Air Force 33 series and DOD directives governing AF network operations.
· Knowledge or experience regarding AF Active Directory, SharePoint administration, and Remedy Ticket processes.
· Advanced computer troubleshooting and problem solving skills, as well as comprehensive working knowledge of Microsoft Server and Windows OS, MS SharePoint and Adobe Acrobat.
· Significant experience in Air Force Systems Management or Network Support.
· Ability to analyze and plan for organization’s IT requirements and implement strategies accordingly. Find solutions to IT related issues that help the organization operate more efficiently and effectively. Make recommendations to Program Manager and Government for upgrades and required changes.
QUALIFICATIONS:
· Must either have an Associate’s Degree or higher, or be a high school graduate with a minimum of two years of experience in the information technology computer support field.
· Must have and maintain current CompTIA A+ or higher Certification in accordance with DOD 8570 policy.
· Ability to communicate using the English language.
· Must be able to pass a drug test and have, or be able to obtain a DoD National Agency Check Investigation (NACI) Secret Security Clearance.
· Ability to safeguard all government property/facilities and provide adequate resource protection to prevent contamination, pilferage, sabotage and accidental damage, including controller used controlled forms.
