TaF.tc is looking for an Operations Executive to provide support for our trainers and students to ensure that the logistics requirements are ready, and the training environment is conducive. Besides that, he/she will also be facilitating general office maintenance services and administrative support where needed. This candidate should be well organized and be prepared to work in a fast-paced and dynamic team environment, with the ability to be reactive and proactive on a day to day basis.
As a TaF.tc Operations Executive, you'll play a key role in the logistic aspects of the company internally as well as externally.
Here's What You'll Do Day To Day
Logistics Management:
- Implement digital solutions in logistics management to enhance efficiency and productivity
- Continuously identify opportunities to improve and digitalize operational performance
- Provide advice and guidance on logistic issues
- Monitor and track company asset
- Maintain stock information and control of physical inventories to ensure accuracy
Facilities Management:
- Monitor and keep check on conditions and performance of facilities
- Plan, coordinate and supervise all maintenance work in accordance to maintenance schedules as well as ad-hoc repairs
- Report accidents and potential safety hazards and ensure that spoilt facilities are fixed in a timely manner
- Resolve daily operational issues including implementing effective short/long term measures
- Prepare reports on maintenance/repair expenditures
- Provide a workplace setting that is conducive to productive work
Class Logistics Preparation (Pre/Post):
- Monitor and forecast utilization of classroom materials
- Ensure materials are replenished/prepared accordingly prior to commencement of class
- Coordinate logistics and transport arrangement when required for online classes or external training venues
- Implement routine procedures for cleaning and maintenance of classroom environment
Others Daily Activities:
- Prepare and ensure proper/timely submission of invoices for payment
- Provide administrative support to CEO/Directors whenever required
Here's What Is Minimally Required:
- O’Levels/NITEC and above
- Fresh grads or people with no prior experience are welcomed to apply
- Well-spoken and written in English
- Proficient in MS Office especially Excel and Word
