About the Role:
The Consultant, Field Technology III provides field technical support to customers by serving as the primary technical interface for TD SYNNEX products, solutions, and services. Performs a variety of product, and technical support functions which include research and resolution of pre-sales technical and process related issues. Such activities may include the following as well as other duties as assigned.
What You'll Do:
Provides pre-sales resolution of all technical and process related issues, using appropriate escalation points when necessary.
Consults with customers and technology group to clarify and/or resolve problems, evaluate operational and performance requirements.
Consults with customers concerning pre-sales design, development and maintenance of products/services.
Assists sales channel, field teams and customers with pre-sales technical solutions.
Responsible for knowledge transfer of advanced technical theory to target audiences.
Communicates complex information and ideas clearly, concisely, and persuasively to target audiences.
Participates in products, solutions or services training to maintain technical knowledge, active certification and competence.
Assists in determining the feasibility of proposal, conferring with customers and technology group to clarify and/or resolve problem.
Consults on advanced configurations on converged solutions.
"Sells best of breed" Solutions that include TD SYNNEX services Creates, presents, and executes strategies.

Effects of erroneous decisions are long-lasting, require the expenditure of extensive additional resources and will result in the organization's failure to meet objectives.
Qualifications, Required Knowledge Skills & Abilities and Working Conditions:
10+ years with bachelor's or equivalent combination of formal education and directly
related experience.
8+ years with master's degree
Education and Certification(s):
Bachelor's degree or equivalent technical education
May be required to travel 20% to 30% of the time
Field based Certification:
3-4 brands or advanced technical certifications in 1-2 brands.

About the Role:
The intern is a mandatory requisition in our country and will support the Finance team in operational issues such as support finance team with payments, tax management in Value Added Tax (IVA), withholding at source, and Air Quality Index (ICA) withholding.
The intern position functions reduce time consuming operative activities of the Finance team, operational support will allow greater effectiveness and productivity in order to increase pipeline and project maturation.

Comunication with partners to follow up agreements, and program payments.
Activate partners with the documentation requiered, ready to initiate commercial relationship.
For old partners, support renewals in the system.

Lo que estamos buscando:
Experiencia solida previa en gestión de negocios y relaciones con proveedores en el mercado latinoamericano.
Fluidez en portugués (preferiblemente) o al menos un nivel intermedio e ingles intermedio.
Experiencia en el sector de tecnología de la información, preferiblemente con un enfoque en seguridad informática.
Habilidad para trabajar en un entorno multicultural y gestionar relaciones interregionales.
Actitud proactiva y orientada a resultados, con habilidades sólidas de negociación y resolución de problemas.
Capacidad para trabajar de manera autónoma y tomar decisiones informadas para alcanzar los objetivos comerciales.
Requisitos educativos:
Licenciatura en Administración de Empresas, Ingeniería, o un campo relacionado. Se prefiere un título avanzado o certificaciones relevantes.

Este puesto reportará directamente a un Vendor Management Director para todo LAC y colaborará estrechamente con equipos internos y externos en toda la región.
