Business Development

• Increase the enterprise adoption of Productivity Solution Grant – Job Redesign (PSG JR).
• Drive corporate sales of PSG-JR through cold calling, one-to-one engagement with companies, mass outreach events, and active follow-up on sales leads.
• Partner pre-approved panel JR consultants to support engagement with companies and facilitate grant applications from companies.

Marketing & marketing communications

Work with internal and external partners to support outreach and networking events, on-line and off-line marketing to increase awareness and adoption of PSG-JR.

• Identify and gather success stories on PSG-JR.
• Develop and maintain up-to-date marketing collaterals for publicity of PSG-JR.

Programme administration

Administer PSG-JR in accordance with WSG’s requirements according to established processes and guidelines.
